The board at the parking location was…
The board at the parking location was confusing and small print, so ended up paying when I didn't need to. When asked for a refund, they refused unapologetically.

Purchased a 2 hour ticket at Poole Quay 9580 to then gat a message within 1 hour that my ticket was about to expire. On investigation, the screenshot of the online ticked recieved at point of purchase showed the time as -1 hour less than it actually was (substantiated by meta data of the picture and known time of actual arrival)
This is a disgrace and I await a response, a refund and an apology from Evology.

Great sutomer service via email
I had some problems with my phone and emailed Evology, they responded in a quick timeframe and were reasonable unlike EVERY OTHER car parking company. The customer service I received was second to none, and although I thought it was a bummer that my most convenient car park had been changed from another car parking app to evology, I am more than happy with what I have experienced, and can't recommend them enough. Thankyou so much Caitlin and the gang for being superm, it really has restored my faith in humanity dealing with you, such a pleasure, thankyou!

1 is too much to rate this! The app is useless, it's absolutely exasperating and not easy to navigate at all. Pre booking is a myth. Have address and car park number but apparently no car park exists there!! Took me well over an hour to book my husband into a car park he had gone into, and got fined because the app is just not user friendly. Appealed the fine on this grounds, but no joy, had to pay. If you know you're going - but you cannot prebook - log on at 6am and pay for the day!!! It's the only option if you need to pay from 8am. There are not other options to pay for parking on the Poole Thistle Hotel site in Dorset. Date of experience - well, 7th June was the last one...but there are many, many more. As per these companies and their apps, you cannot contact them. At all. Which just makes the experience even more frustrating and less accountable for them.
I used to pay £2 to park
I used to pay £2 to park. Now I have to give over all personal and banking details to Evology and be charged £2.70 for the privilege including a 'donation' for whatever. Wasted 15 minutes having to install their app and charged for the time.
Will never go near their car park(s) again and uninstalled their app. Just concerned that I've paid £2.70 and they will have all my personal and bank details on their records.

Quite simply this didn’t accept payment in a hospital, giving me the choice of missing my appointment or facing a £100 fine. Obviously they will make more from a person by denying them the ability to pay. Why are we letting exploitative companies like this into our public health sector?
System error Parking fine in Cranford Community…
Had an Event in Cranford Community College when saw the sign went straight to the sign and downloaded the app as mentioned on the sign board used the location code but payment method was not going through showing the parking session was free got in contact with 1 of the member of staff of Cranford community college and they mentioned that people do get this kind of issue everytime from this company called Evology parking , contact Evology parking several times though watsapp application but never got any reply , contacted them through email several different times attaching the message I was getting while trying to pay and with proof attached and all possible evidence, got reply only couple of times and that too got replied for after 24 hours , Horrible application and horrible customer service
Utterly useless customer service
Utterly useless customer service, Autopay requires registering vehicles separately to your user account. FAQ's do not cover this.

PS I was contacted by CS on 24/06. I used the website (using a PC) to register and it worked ok. Using an Android Phone does not seem to work.

can’t count hours paid due to basic…
can’t count hours paid due to basic time zone failures - paid at 1030 BST for 2 hours, every bit of UX says I paid at 0930 so it expires at 1130. 2 hours paid, 1 hour supplied
Malfunctions most of the time
As a regular user of parking apps, I find evology exasperating. It marks 1h before arrival by default, and trying to adjust it sends dates, hours and minutes scrolling and jumping in chunks. Deleting the app, logging in and out or moving around to have better wifi have no impact. The options available are paying for 1h that has already ended, paying for several hours due to chunk scrolling, and not paying. I choose the first and have just received a fine - v frustrating
Unreliable and Slow to respond
Paid £10.00 on autopay for Parking at Deadmans Lane in Derby, payment for session not deducted and PCN issued, have read that this happens often with this company, which implies the action is deliberate or the App isn't fit for purpose.
Have contacted them several times over this but extremely slow to respond, have provided evidence of payment to Evology and Parking Eye (same company) waiting on outcome of appeal but won't hold my breath.
Would recommend payment by ticket machine if available - do not use the App - or if possible park elsewhere.
AVOID parking here
AVOID! I paid for parking in may 2026 and received a receipt but the total amount does not match what was paid to be able to expense the parking. I have attempted to email them several times and tried to call their customer service number and unfortunately they can’t help as they are not the team that deal with this. It has been over a month and after 3 emails no one has got back to me. There is no other line or anyone I can escalate this to. Customer service said I would just have to continue emailing…and I could email a complaint over probably that no one would respond to. This is very poor customer service. I will have to find the owner/director and message them I guess. Something so simple is such a rigmarole. Avoid parking with them.

Absolutely disgusting how greedy and unfair this company is. 12mins in their operated car park whilst collecting family =£100 fine. Tried to pay after exiting to avoid more charges as Evology Parking app is absolutely rubbish to download/use, but NO- of course T&Cs were that you're not allowed to pay after exiting so that greedy people would get more money in their pockets.
What if you have flat phone battery, no reception, ...in rush...? NO- pay there and then. Horrendous terms!
The parking signs are poorly laid out, in particular the main one, which you only see after turning from the main road at which point the camera records your number plate already.
Disgusting and greedy.
Avoid this company parking areas as much as you can.
Don't use Radisson Blue in Stansted in particular due to poorly laid out signs and super steep charges and fines.
Help with a parking issue
I had an issue with trying to pay through the app, a was concerned I was going to get a parking fine. However the customer service team dealt with the issue I had promptly and avoided a penalty charge.
App issues
I had an issue trying to use the app to park during a recent hospital visit, ended up unable to adjust the times and subsequently the timing of my visit was incorrect, used the contact form to contact Evology with proof of payment to cover the hours at the hospital, they adjusted the hours of my visit to ensure my payment covered the time I was actually parked
