I placed a pre-order in February, but when the release day came, nothing arrived. I waited and waited, followed up, and was promised it was coming, but still nothing. I chased them again and again, then got an email saying they should have it soon, only to be told later it would take even longer and that I could cancel if I wanted. I eventually cancelled on April 11th, only to find out they had listed the item I ordered at a higher price. Terrible. I won’t bother again, and there are plenty of groups and WhatsApp chats warning people to avoid this site.

The worst customer service experince ever.
Avoid ordering from this scammer. My partner ordered a perfect order ETB for my birthday, when release date came no dispatch notification, or updates.
I have contacted the shop on multiple occasions, the number doesnt work and had no response on email apart from on the 28th March where they said they were waiting to hear from the distributor and would ship the following week ive now been waiting since repease on the 27th March, Happy to just take your money but not actually provide the products. Scammers to the core.

Despite some skepticism from others, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I’ve been buying from Adam for around two months now, and given how scarce and hard to source these products are at a fair price, Evolution Cards TCG really is fair.
Whenever I’ve reached out for updates, he’s responded promptly, and every item has arrived exactly as expected and on time. It’s also clear that he’s a collector himself, genuinely trying to support fellow collectors while still running a business.
If he continues to uphold the standards that brought us to shop with him in the first place, I’m more than happy to keep supporting the business and I hope others will too.

Absolutely terrible company. I've been pre-order naruto mythos,when the release date come , didn't dispatch the order. I've been writing a message every week they answered me will dispatch next week. Same answer 4 weeks. Then I requested for refund. They refund immediately. Definitely absolutely not recommend.

Made a pre-order for ETB for my boys birthday! Never arrived, next to none contact apart from problem with the distribution.
I’ve sent countless emails requesting a refund, was promised one but it’s never come.! I’ve had to go through my bank to reclaim it back.! Avoid avoid avoid.!!!!!!!!!!

No items, no contact. Scam - awoid if posibble

Ordered in early March. Weeks passed after product was released and despite multiple emails requesting an ETA, I only received a couple of vague responses essentially stringing me along. No ETAs or information given about when to expect my order. When I requested to cancel the order unless an ETA could be given, I received no response.
Filed a claim with credit card to get MY money back.
This is either a scam or the worst customer service I’ve seen.
Avoid this “seller” and shop elsewhere.

Took payment for a pre order and didn't send it. Cancelled after being chased for dispatch info. I'd suggest googling this company and searching reddit for the negative experiences. This is not an isolated incident. This is a one man operation taking far too many orders and drop shipping or not shipping at all. Complete charlatan.

Based on my experience and others’, I would not recommend purchasing from this seller—particularly if you expect timely delivery on pre-orders. With some buyers even waited months to receive their items.

After 5 days i got a reply with an issue with my purchase, after the email I could reply to they do not check so I went through the chat on the website and got a reply. I was told my item was out of stock even tho there were 5 left when I ordered. Adam was very helpful when I finally got in contact and he issued me a refund for the product.
