Not sure who you are or what you’ve had an issue with as you haven’t provided any details, which makes it very hard to help with anything, but we have very good communication, don’t waste anyone’s time, and all of our items are priced very competitively!

Deducts 4% off a refund on a order that was never processed for dispatch delivery.

Update – I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards and escalating the matter to the Ombudsman. Deducting 4% from a refund on an order that had not been dispatched is a unfair charge. Under UK consumer law, any deductions should reflect genuine costs only, Claiming wasting time is a weak point as people can make mistakes on placing an order which i did, but also leave the customer at a financial loss without justification, apparently "wasting time" which wouldn't stand a chance in court lol. The response I received dismissed this concern rather than addressing it properly.

UPDATE: 2 the company has fully re-edit his post that i have the original post where he used "wasting time" as an argument to deduct 4%. Lucky i have the screenshot of the post that will also be used for the report, Well done👍

Our 4% fee is enforced when there has been a significant work input into your order before your cancellation is processed. We haven't 'claimed' this is a waste of time, this is a waste of time and resources on multiple levels, that's a factual statement. Whether we have handed your order to the postman or not is pretty irrelevant, I am not sure why that is a point you are highlighting. Handing the package to a postman so it is 'dispatched' is not a large time or monetary implication but you seem to be focused on that being the line where it then becomes a reasonable charge? Confused on that part as the work/time/cost input happens before handing it to the postman.

We are not sure of the details of the 'mistake' you made on the order as you have left no details so I am unable to check anything on our side as to what caused your original problem, but that sounds like something out of our control and maybe just a change of mind from you or something similar?

Great cards, awful customer service.

My order was packed well and the cards were great, I have no qualms there.

But the customer service was rude. Ordered a Pokémon card that was holographic on their listing, received a non-holo card. Contacted them to ask if it would be possible to get the correct card, and got a sarcastic answer back that they can't find where the card is listed as holographic, except "the photo which we may have uploaded in error", and that "if the card was holographic, it would not be that price" But I didn't choose the price, I just paid what they were asking. And of course I thought it was holographic if the photo showed a holographic card - that's what you were advertising for sale. Saying you can't see where it was listed as holographic, while admitting the photo was incorrect, is disingenuous.

I'm not a card seller, I just collect. If I have no knowledge of how much a card is worth, or how rare a card is, of course I won't question paying what you ask for the card shown in the photo. If the price is too low, or the photo on the listing is incorrect, that's the sellers error. Don't treat your customers like idiots for something you admit is a mistake.

Hi Jaz,

We thought we had addressed this enough in our email correspondence, but sorry to hear you were still not happy, that wasn't conveyed to us in the emails!

As mentioned, there were no 'Sarcastic' messages sent, we simply let you know the holo version of that card wouldn't be £1.75 assuming you were going to buy one still, and we believed that our offer of a £10 code to use on anything on the website was more than a sufficient 'apology' for the listing having a photo error on a £1.75 card! (A small mistake in our eyes with thousands of listings on the website, and even with the listing stating the correct details just simply having a error on the photo)

We also offered a full refund on the card on top of the £10 coupon, should you had returned it to us, which I can see you have not, and decided to still keep the card!

We agreed we made a listing mistake, and would like to clarify that nowhere we assumed, or called you an idiot. As you have mentioned above, we simply told you the holo version would not be £1.75 (Nor is the non holo version you bought with low list at £3.99 anywhere, that was also undervalued on our site and a great purchase, but that's a different matter!)

Not sure why you feel so strongly on the situation, as we still feel we did nothing wrong in messages, resolved it very suitably with offering £10 and a full refund, all whilst in our eyes being a minimal mistake on the website to begin with. We would also like to point out we sent you the 'correct card' as listed on the site (Just didn't have a matching photo but was the correct details on the listing) and we couldn't send you the card you 'wanted' (The holo) because we did not have the stock, otherwise we would have told you to just keep the non holo, and sent you the holo version also!

We believe we did everything we could to address the situation.

Ive been meaning to write this for a very long time.

WHAT A COMPANY!!!!!!! the staff are exceptional. Not to mention the amount of amazing products at amazing value. i bought a case of booster boxes and there was a mix up with the order, the corrected it straight away and even gave me a product to keep to say sorry. i cannot recommend them enough. i literally dont look anywhere else now!

Really happy with my booster box order. The parcel arrived quickly, were well protected with acrylic cases (which you dont see often anymore), and in excellent condition. Everything was exactly as described. Would definitely order again. thanks guys
