My experience with Evolve TeleMed was very disappointing. My husband had a good experience because his treatment involved only one hormone, but my experience as a female patient with more complex hormone management was completely different.

My thyroid was overtreated, which was confirmed by my lab results and created unnecessary health concerns. My progesterone price was increased without any prior notification, and I experienced repeated shipping delays with very poor communication. I often had to contact the office myself for updates, and when delays occurred, there was little acknowledgment or apology.

My first telehealth appointment was also uncomfortable because the nurse practitioner, Brianna, had a trainee present without informing me ahead of time. Patients should be notified in advance whenever a student or trainee will be participating so they can make an informed decision.

The biggest issue throughout my care was communication. Between the unexpected price increase, delayed shipments, lack of proactive updates, and poor follow-up, I did not feel valued as a patient. While my husband had a positive experience with straightforward hormone therapy, I cannot recommend Evolve TeleMed for women seeking more comprehensive hormone management.

BEWARE!!! EVOLVE IS A PRICING SCAM!!! RX pricing being increased by 200% to 300% in 3 months. AFTER checking other Telemed Providers on same RX’s that use the same compounding pharmacy…their pricing is 200% to 300% LESS than EVOLVE!!!! When I called the Director of Ops at EVOLVE she lied and said their prices are what is set by the pharmacy…NOT TRUE! EVOLVE IS PRICE GAUGING THEIR CLIENTS!! RUN AWAY!!!!!

The labs take forever and every time I get my labs done I’m told the delay is because of something else. When you’re paying for a service and the labs are the driving factor of your treatment I feel that there should be more of a quicker turnaround. Additionally, this occurs also with refills on your medication. You pretty much have to let them know 20 to 25 days prior so basically you need to have an extra 30 days of medication‘s on hand in order for you not to run out when you go to refill I find this very frustrating just because it’s a service that people are paying out-of-pocket for. I will be looking for a different company to handle my TeleMed in the future.

We were introduced to Cameka. She was outstanding, professional and friendly. My husband and I will definitely use this service again.

I would not waste your money with Evolve. They are quick to take your money, then disappear. For a week I was told my order was late because of MLK day and winter storms. After 3 weeks of me contacting them about my order, I was informed they no longer can get the medication and my order was canceled. I asked for a refund, and they will not refund me the full amount, just a credit to my account. (I spent $450 on two medications) I should have been issued a refund when the order was cancelled, 3 weeks ago! I had to follow up with them 5 times for anyone to look in it. Horrible service. Waste of money!

Evolve is everything I was looking for! Everyone is so helpful and kind - from my first call asking questions to my patient care coordinator and doctor, each experience has been amazing. They are very responsive, and actually listen, unlike my OB/GYN. My emails are answered promptly and my appointments don't feel rushed. 10/10, I highly recommend Evolve.

Before I reached out to this company I lost 30 pounds from being sick along with hairloss. They set me on the correct path with the right medication and 1 year later my hair is completely full and went from the weight of 156 to 206 at 8 percent body fat! My body was brought back up far past my original prime! Definitely have me as a happy satisfied customer!

Great experience. Upfront known reasonable costs, no suprises. I even use them for TRT now because my PCP didn't want to test my estrogen levels.

I love everything about Evolve! They are responsive and really listen to what you have to say. I tell all my friends about them. The fact that all of your information and communications with them is all at your fingertips is amazing.

Have been with Evolve for 4 years and have enjoyed having options for many health care needs! You get nice people who are educated and are very knowledgeable about what they have to offer for what you are wanting or needing for your health goals! I recommend them as I have tried other companies like this and Evolve seems to be ahead tech wise by far! The only negative is that the pharmacy has had to change and some products are either out or they don’t carry some top items! I think they’ve got it figured out at this point!

My experience with Evolve Telemed has been excellent from day 1. All of my orders have consistently been on time and any changes that needed to be made were easy to communicate with my coordinator. Most important to me though, the physician I was working with for my care has been very good at explaining the logic behind each move we've made.

I'm used to 5 minutes of my doctor's time, and addressing only based on some set threshold, regardless of actual symptoms or the bigger picture. I've seen more progress in my health in the last year than in my previous 5 years trying on my own with my regular GP.

I focused first on finding a path to fight the very large weight gain that felt like it came out of nowhere. What I loved is that my doctor didn’t just focus on that - but the WHY behind it. He tested many things and found an actual cause - my thyroid. I chatted about it with my GP and she said she wouldn’t treat me since it doesn’t meet the “official” threshold, but she was fine with me treating my symptoms. I’m so disappointed with these “official” thresholds, because it drastically improved how I feel.
