My personal experience has been fantastic so far!The staff I've spoken with are super attentive to issues and questions and my meds shipped out no time after I was prescribed.Kris and staff are great.

I was referred by a friend who had a positive experience. Upon asking more, I learned she also experienced what she considered unacceptable level of knowledge and engagement from her first care coordinator, so she asked for a new one and then had a better experience. But the reality is, if you read the reviews, most are not positive messages about engagement or care, rather they are people who are so relieved to finally be able to get the HRT they need. That is completely understandable, but in fairness is not a review of the business.

Like other negative reviews, I experienced in a dramatic fashion how little this premium priced service provider really cares about their patients or their experience.

I began HRT and within a matter of a couple of weeks was diagnosed with hormone positive breast cancer. This called for an immediate end to hormone therapy. The last thing I was thinking of going through all of that was to reach out to Evolve to let them know. When my patient care coordinator reached out to remind me to reorder, I let her know about my cancer diagnosis. I’m not looking for sympathy nor pity, but an ounce of kindness would have been appropriate. Rather, the patient care coordinator (not a doctor, not even a nurse) suggested I should still be able to take testosterone. I was gobsmacked. I chose not to engage at that time, as all my energy needed to be directed towards my surgeries and treatment, but it stuck in my mind that someone without any credentials for recommending medication was trying to do just that. This is not ok.

Having recently completed my treatment, I logged back into the site today to make sure they would not charge me any kind of annual member fee or anything like that. I sent feedback, expressing my total disappointment in Evolve Telemedicine and detailing why I was disappointed, including the callous handling of my diagnosis as well as the grave concerns about a care coordinator recommending medical treatment rather than referring to the doctor to address. The new patient care coordinator ignored all the concerns I raised, and merely responded with a note to say they don’t auto charge. I wrote to complain in part about their campus handling of a patient sharing a cancer diagnosis and their response was to once again ignore it. That ought to tell you something and I guess that’s good to know where they stand. They literally do not care about your health. They are a “medical provider” that doesn’t care about your health.

Pros:
1) you can get HRT.

Cons:
1) premium price; terrible service
2) it is a mill. They are only there to write scrips and charge cards. Period.
3) anyone can get HRT, whether it is medically appropriate and safe for you or not, they’ll hand over a script.

So far, I’ve been with the company for a little while switching over previously from fountain therapy and these guys up my TRT dose so now when I do my shot, I don’t feel anything anymore before every time I do a shot I would feel it now I’m doing more About 80 mg more a week and not feeling anything and I got some of the tadafil troches that they sell, which from everywhere else they work but I take the ones they gave me and it does nothing at all so I think it’s a good company. I just think some of their pharmacies are bull crap so if you go here beware

I decided to do a free consultation about TRT, since I am starting to notice a lack of energy and soreness after turning 40. I am impressed with evolve and their staff. Their knowledge and expertise has been on point and that needed to be recognized.

I had SO many questions about HRT and the staff answered all my questions and actually listened to my concerns. I felt included in my plan and am excited to start my therapy.

Finally, a clinic that actually listens to me. I went with Evolve after reading positively about them in various places online. The concensus was vastly different than Ive read on Trustpilot (for whatever reason). Im so glad I did. My own personal coordinator, along with the doctor have been stellar, and got me feeling better than I ever have. Sooo grateful I got the assistance I needed.

When an employee leaves who is the only person you really speak with an email should go out letting the customer know who the new person will be caring for their needs.

I went with this company to get my HRT after cancer surgery. I chose them because they offer injectable HRT. Yes they overcharge dramatically. But much worse they actually prevent treatment of their patients without informing their doctors. Currently I am without any HRT because they forgot to put in the order I paid for a month ago. Also the Hrt I currently have from them has been recalled from the compounding pharmacy due to contamination. Evolve Telemed failed to inform me of this. I filed a complaint with the CA medical board. I doubt I’m the first to do so.

Evolve has neglected myself and others when it comes to care! Even though they fired the so called patient care coordinator that I had, they never apologize for putting ME IN BAD HEALTH!! THE DOCTOR AND COORDINATOR DIDN'T TEAT ME WELL! As a disabled veteran and was supposed to been a sponsored athlete the new team still didn't care for my health!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT OUR HEALTH THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!! THE COO DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE GALL TO CALL ME BACK AND APOLOGIZE FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE!!!

Excellent service, they even use compound pharmacy so it's helpful on the cost of the prescription

I've had issues with hormones for many years, ive seen many doctors and no one has offered a solution. When full Menopause hit it was unbearable.
I came across one of Evolves ambassadors and she called me personally and explained the procedure.
This is the first time in many years I've felt human.
My mood was better, my hair stopped falling out, my skin is so much nicer, I wake up feeling awake. Its amazing. I wish I had found Evolve years ago. Thank you to Casey and Dr. Mary. Thank you soooo much.

Getting my hormone levels checked by Evolve was incredibly helpful and gave me insight into what was ACTUALLY going on with my health. As a young woman, it's not always easy to get conventional doctors to listen to you; I was typically met with the 'you're too young to be experiencing that' and 'your levels are within range' lines. That's why I'm so happy I found Evolve... my care coordinator and physician really listen to me. For the first time, I felt heard about the health issues I was experiencing. Plus, I was given great solutions and valuable information about my health. Since starting on a natural desiccated thyroid treatment, I've experienced increased energy, clearer skin, and better focus. Too many women go undiagnosed with thyroid issues, but I no longer have to worry about that thanks to Evolve!

After my initial clinic raised their prices, and lowered their quality of service, I shopped around, and spoke to just about every online HRT provider. I felt most comfortable with Evolve and their pricing. I haven't been disappointed. The level of service, speed of communication, and quality of products has been refreshing. Very glad I invested in myself through Evolve

Against my better judgement I went with the 1st recommendation of the top 5 hrt telemed clinics from Google. I chose Evolve bc they offer estrogen & testosterone combo in the form of subcutaneous injection. I contacted the company by phone. Was quoted $549 and told it covered my initial labs, appt with Dr to discuss them, & meds. It took almost 2 weeks to actually have the Dr visit. I was prescribed a medicine that I needed for hormonal acne at that appt. And also asked for injectable vitamins B & D. It took another few days before it was submitted to the pharmacy. The next morning I had a notification of an invoice due on their site. I opened it and in my sleepy haze of just waking up I paid it with the card on file. After I was fully awake it dawned on me that I just paid another pymnt of almost $600 AGAIN. So I looked at the invoice to see what I paid for since I was told it would be $549 (it was almost $600 actually. I was misquoted). The one med I asked for I was charged over $100 for. I get the same script for $6 at my pharmacy. I called and asked them to submit that to my pharmacy & was told they can Only fill at the compound pharmacy. So I told them that I don't want it and will get it from my primary care Dr. It took about 3 weeks to Finally get a refund after repeatedly asking. They insisted to credit my account. I was told 5-10 days to receive my hormones by mail. Which is a rather lengthy time compared to other clinics I've used that used the Same pharmacy. It took FOUR WEEKS to receive my hormones. With the excuse that the pharmacy was out of stock. AND I was sent Vitamin D PILLS. Which will sit in my cabinet until I throw them out. I asked for and was approved of injectable vitamins D. And of course it's not being corrected. Meaning I was ripped off of that money. Unacceptable! If U are going to charge the public Premium (over-priced) rates then there should be No question of providing Premium Service. At least Mediocre. I paid $1100 to start with this company. It's not easy bc of the expense to just change companies. It's like moving. If u don't like where yr at u end up suffering yr stay bc it's far too expensive to move. I am gut wrenched bc I left a company that was incompetent only to move to another based on false, misleading, & deceitful recommendations of its credibility & reputation. It stresses me out to think of the level of service from here on out. I do NOT recommend this company for yr HRT needs. If u value yr health & stress level.
