Got my ratan furniture from Amazon. One of the cushions blew away in high winds. Contacted them directly and they were amazing. Rather than having to replace the full cushion set they kindly offer... Voir plus

Very happy, my patio set arrived as scheduled however the glass to the table arrived shattered. Evre were quick to sort it out and sent out a replacement piece of glass. Really happy with my patio set... Voir plus

No problems ordering from yourselves. Delivery is a different matter as it was delayed and not delivered on time but that isn't your fault

Purchased via B&Q. Never arrived after 18 days & said it was with DPD (they had no record of receiving parcels). Trying to contact them via B&Q website was frustrating. There is no number to call Evre... Voir plus

EVRE Goa 2 Seater Yellow Acapulco Styled Egg Shape Garden Furniture Bistro Set Patio Outdoor Balcony 2 Chairs 1 Glass Top Table

The product quality is extremely poor and does not meet basic expectations.

- One chair has a leg that hovers approximately 3 cm above the ground
- The second chair is also uneven, with a leg hovering about 1 cm
- There is visible black paint on the yellow plastic straps while there is a lack of paint on the base

Because the chairs do not sit properly on the ground, they feel unstable and unsafe to use.

For transparency, I am including direct quotes from EVRE’s customer support:

They confirmed that they do not inspect items before dispatch: “Our items come pre-sealed from our suppliers, so we don’t open them before dispatch.”

When I requested a return, EVRE refused to arrange collection. They stated: “We do not have a home-collection service available… this service can only be used for larger items such as our larger barbecues, trampolines.”

This limitation was not made clear on the B&Q product page (where I bought the item) and does not appear consistent with the stated return policy.

Instead, I was told to take the bulky item to a parcel shop: “You can simply show at your nearest parcel shop.” This is clearly impractical for large furniture.

They also suggested returning it to a B&Q store: “You can then take this to your local B&Q store.” However, there is no store near me, and the whole point of ordering online is to avoid needing transport.

Although a replacement chair was sent, EVRE refused to collect the defective one. They never replied to the fact that the faulty item cannot be placed in regular household waste and that I will have to dispose of it at my own cost.

Overall, not only are the products poor value for money, but the company’s customer service and returns process are appalling.

Contacted them directly and they were amazing.
Rather than having to replace the full cushion set they kindly offered me the single cushion as an option which I received in quick time.
Can't praise them enough!

Great delivery!

Great delivery of new garden furniture, got a 1 hour time slot on the delivery day which was helpful. Driver was very nice and polite. Thank you :)

Zandra did really well in helping…

Zandra did really well in helping replace some missing cushions. Will definitely choose to use EVRE again!

Fantastic Customer Service

Had to contact Evre regarding a faulty Christmas tree stand. Within 48hrs a brand new replacement stand was delivered to me.
Original purchase of the tree was speedy and well packaged.
Would highly recommend this company.

Somewhat Different

I really like the duo design of this bin, with one side for general waste and the other for food waste. However, this model feels like older stock compared to the first Evre bin I owned, for several reasons.

Firstly, the exterior shows fingerprints and water marks when wiped, which wasn’t an issue with my previous Evre bin. I originally bought this as a replacement because one of the lids on my old bin broke, and I eventually got fed up waiting for a replacement lid to come back into stock after more than seven months.

In terms of design, I preferred the oblong-shaped foot pedals on my old bin. This model has semi-circular pedals with a raised pattern, which I don’t find as visually appealing. The lids are also dome-shaped rather than flat, which again I preferred on my previous bin.

That said, the capacity is the same, so it’s still fit for purpose. It just requires a bit more effort to keep it looking clean, and overall I preferred the aesthetic and finish of my previous Evre bin.

Do not use!

If I could give less than one star I would- the date of delivery kept changing- then the order was cancelled as they said the 9 seater garden sofa was lost- I have not received my refund and the tracking number they gave me for DPD was not real. I contacted DPD directly and they said no order was placed with them! Would not recommend these people at all! Next step legal action!

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY – SHOCKING SERVICE!
I placed an order directly through this company on a Wednesday with the promise of next-day free delivery. The order didn’t arrive. I emailed to follow up and was told it would be delivered Friday within a 1-hour time slot — again, no delivery.

Instead, I received a message from DPD saying, “We have changed your delivery date as requested” — we never made any such request.

I refused the delivery, and over a week later, I’m still waiting for my refund.

Absolutely unacceptable. Poor communication, missed delivery promises, and no urgency in resolving the issue.
Avoid this company at all costs!

Avoid at all costs. Lie after lie. Paid a significant amount of money for garden furniture through B&Q because of the free next day delivery. On the day of delivery DPD tracking link said they had not received the parcel yet Evre were claiming all three of the DPD vans that were shipping my order had technical issues. Yet, they refused to send me proof of this. Laughable really. After a phone conversation with a rude lady who could not answer any of my questions or understand why I was annoyed with her lies, I received an email saying my order had been cancelled and they were never delivering to my address again. Phew. Will be reporting to B&Q

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Wish I could give zero stars or even minus stars. Ordered outdoor furniture via B&Q website which advertises next day delivery, ordered Wednesday evening so expected Friday. After taking a day off work to receive the delivery, it got pretty late on in the day and I hadn’t received any updates so I used their business WhatsApp service to inquire because DPD were indicating they hadn’t received it yet. Many hours later I received a phone call from a lady who had zero customer service or even people skills for that matter telling me to calm down when I was clearly annoyed after she told me there would be a delay on the delivery. After a long discussion as to what would happen next and us threatening a legal battle the ‘advisor’ dropped the call. We have now been told we would get a refund and they are not delivering to our address ever again because I used profanities - yet another lie when I never swore once, it’s just another case of a company not willing to admit they’re wrong and people claiming to be the victim when it’s definitely not the case. Swerve them like the plague!
