Communication was great from knowing the delivery day , then updates through the day and delivered within their 3 hour window . highly recommended this company .

No issues what so ever , thinking that i only was going to help as was quoted for one man with my very heavy window but there was two man , customer service paramount! i didn't need to help but was ready as only paid for one man. Had a delivery arranged for Thursday, so I booked a day off, only to have a text saying it was being changed to Saturday. When I rang about this, no apology was offered and they even lied by saying they tried to call me the day before. They then turned up on Saturday with only one of the two mattresses, again no apology, couldn’t care less. I still have no bed to sleep on, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Very well communicated to before delivery. However; drivers were extremely rude and unprofessional. In the very minimal English they spoke they refused to move a mattress beyond the doorstep for a pregnant lady until I really had to insist. Concerned as to the health and safety of this company given that both were both wearing flip-flops to unload a van. Protective wrapping on mattress was smeared with engine oil. It was about the worst delivery service you could get!

Great experience from start to finish. Once all the details were added (collection address and contact) plus mine I was able to message and myself/seller & courier could all see/reply.
Contact was made 30 mins prior to collection and I (buyer) received a text with an estimated delivery time the night prior to delivery.

Excellent service delivery on time and the lads that delivered it were really nice and helpful. It was delivered carefully and was looked after I’m very pleased with the service and will be using them again

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. A huge thank you to Leonard and his partner, who genuinely went above and beyond what was expected.

The collection had originally been agreed for the items to be ready on the ground floor, so the drivers were only expected to arrive and collect them. However, the items were still on the first floor, and despite this not being part of the agreed service, Leonard and his partner kindly stepped in and helped me carry the heavy load downstairs.

To make matters worse, I was also around 20 minutes late, which kept them waiting and delayed them further. Despite all of this, they were incredibly patient, understanding, friendly and professional. There were no complaints or bad attitude — they simply got on with the job and did everything they could to help.

They could easily have refused to help with the items upstairs as this wasn't what had been agreed, but instead they went the extra mile and made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier for me.

Outstanding customer service and a genuine 5-star experience. Leonard and his partner are a real credit to the company. I would definitely use this courier company again and highly recommend them. Thank you both!
