I was promised emails and cell phones…
I was promised emails and cell phones of Human Resources people. This dragged out for a week and when I called to find out what happened with my order after I paid, I was told that what I was promised could not be delivered. Very unprofessional treatment and the person whopromised this to me was out of office for Thanksgiving leaving me unattended and very unhappy.

This company is selling bad data.
This company is selling is poor data. I purchased a test of 1,000 + contacts. Roughly 95% of the emails are Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo etc. only a handful are actually domain specific and those that are = info@ or Sales@.
We are a small company and its companies like Data Axle / Exact Data that makes it very difficult for small agencies and businesses to survive. I am very disappointed in this company’s service.

I got bounced around between 3 people before my request for a list received attention. Then the 3rd person took over a week to respond.
She was very short and unprofessional, and didn't provide any strategic guidance even though she has an Account Strategist title.
This is the 2nd time I purchased a list from your company, and the first experience wasn't much more pleasant. I felt more like a nuissance to the support team than a customer.

Frustrating and Unprofessional…
Frustrating and Unprofessional Experience – Waste of Time and Money
I purchased 5,000 leads expecting to receive the data as promised. Instead, I was asked to submit multiple documents and go through unnecessary delays. After two days of waiting, I was told they could not provide the data I specifically requested – with no clear explanation or valid reason. When I asked why, they simply said: "We don't have one."
This is completely unacceptable. I feel misled, and my time and money were wasted. If they couldn’t deliver the leads I asked for, they should have said so upfront – not after taking my payment and wasting two days with pointless formalities.
Avoid this service unless you’re okay with delays, vague communication, and no accountability.
