I can't recommend Exactly Accountancy enough. I am going to be utilising the company for my finance and accounting, however, my first experience was regarding my visa.

I have unique circumstances and following Brexit, I have spent four years and nearly €10,000 on different lawyers trying to get my residency. Jaime explored my options, found the best route and within three months, I had been granted my residency with pre-Brexit entitlements.

They were useful in setting up my autonomó account but beyond that they were unresponsive and required nearly all the legwork to be done by me.

The thing is you're paying for them to file paperwork for you but you have to fill all of it out yourself. I assume the value they provide is to submit the form to the government? It really makes no sense to me what they do and why they charge money at all. At this point I believe ChatGPT can do a better job.

The service I recieved was lacking as well. For example on April 20th, after several arguments with my account about who's to blame for some errors I requested to speak with a manager.

I was told they would contact me shortly. A week later, no response. So I contacted the main customer service WhatsApp and was told someone would be in touch within 48 hours. Again 7 days go by and zero response.

I call in and am told that someone will call me later in the day. At this point I want to cancel and am told again that someone will contact me.

I would not recommend them to anyone. There are many other choices out there to choose from.

I went to Exactly to set up my autónomo with EU VAT. The initial communication was good, and the autónomo itself was set up fairly quickly within a few weeks (January 2025).

However, the process since then has been very disappointing. It’s now been over 3 months and more than 20 emails later, and I still haven’t received my EU VAT number.

In the meantime, I have paying clients but cannot send invoices, which is seriously affecting my business. On top of that, I’ve already paid for the EU VAT setup and continue to pay the monthly subscription, without being able to use the service at all.

I understand that some of these thing are out of your hands, but it is a very frustrating experience on something that is essential for running my business.

Found Exactly through Reddit and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. They offer a well-rounded service covering both immigration and accounting, which saved me a lot of time and hassle.

The team is patient, professional, and communicative. After a couple of meetings to go over all the details, I was supported end-to-end — from the first appointment to receiving my visa and setting up as autónomo.

Very very upsad many promises and nothing is getting done. Tax from 2024 was done in September 2025.

I am using exactly ES as my accountants and to set up as an autonomo. I was really nervous about finding a good accountant. I can not speak more highly about the service they are providing and would recommend them very highly. They are efficient and very reasonable costs
