I Never Expected To Love Car Mats!

An excellent product, which is precisely what you'd said it would be!

I was hesitant to try the mats, because I love the look of the carpet. My husband talked me into them, and I've been thrilled with the results!

We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your mats. However, we're glad that our Quality Guaranty allowed for you to return the mats for a full refund.

While we are not positive what about the mats looked less than high quality to you, we do want to confirm that our mats are of extreme quality and durability. Many of our customers are repeat buyers who have been coming back for 15-20 years (purchasing a new mat for each new car).

Deduction of one star for the strong …

Deduction of one star for the strong odor given off by the plastic. Aired out for a week but still fairly pungent. Otherwise great.

Thanks for your review. We love that you are happy with your mats, overall, but are sad to hear that you are dissatisfied with the smell. Please allow us to explain a bit about vinyl, in general as I think it may clarify a bit.

What you're smelling is fresh, virgin vinyl. Virgin vinyl (more info here: https://www.exactmats.com/blogs/exactmats/105933830-why-virgin-vinyl) means that it's brand new and not repurposed. That's great for you and your car, but it can have a slight smell when you first open the box. This is similar to how some plastic (usually vinyl) shower curtains smell a bit until it airs out some outside of the box it came in.

The transit time to your door usually gives our mats and liners the time needed for the smell to go away, but sometimes it can take a few days after receipt, too. Please give the mats a little bit longer for the smell to dissipate, and give us a call if it simply does not go away after some time.

ExactMats service was excellent

ExactMats service was excellent. I ordered ExactMats three years for my Lincoln and they have been great and I just ordered a new set for my 2018 Lincoln. I have recommended ExactMats to my friends and family and would recommend them to anyone looking to for a quality floor mat that is well made.

I ordered these mats for my GX 460

I ordered these mats for my GX 460, My daughter had recommended them to me. They arrived in the allotted time and fit perfectly. I was wanting a mat that did not take away from the beauty of the carpet and mats that came with the car and these clear mats were perfect! I am 100% satisfied. In fact, my Husband is now ordering a set for his truck,

The Plastic isn't as strong as years …

The Plastic isn't as strong as years ago.

Customer service wanted to charge me extra to take a phone order and or void shipping charges.

I felt if as I was annoying them by placing a phone order.

We try very hard to add every car to our store online, but sometimes, phone calls are necessary, and we welcome them! We apologize if you felt anything but welcomed when calling in and would like to look further into your issue regarding the mat strength.

In regards to shipping costs, we do not charge for standard shipping. In fact, it's free on all orders! However, if you do want to expedite your order's shipment, those costs are applied.
