I like ordering my mats from Exact Mats but was a little disappointted that the holes were not in the front seat mats so I could latch the mats on to the hooks. 😔

Hi Maria!
Thanks for the review! We're sorry to hear you were somewhat disappointed. That's not what we want at all.
Just some background though, some makes and models have hooks instead of a twist lock on the factory mats. When the mats have hooks that protrude high enough for a second mat to slip in there, we are able to cut out holes to allow the ExactMats hook onto the hooks as well.
If there's not enough room, we do not add holes as having extra holes in mats that don't meet the requirement for them, like your car, may allow dirt or liquid to get into the hole, or under the mat.
Since you are looking for a protective mat, this can certainly ruin the experience, so we forego cutting holes in cars that don't meet requirements for them.
We hope this clarifies some, and that you enjoy your mats!

Wasn't sure what to expect since I never ordered from here before. Was pleasantly surprised to find they were cut to the exact model of the car. They fit perfectly and are well made. I will definitely order again.

Hi, Katie.
It looks like you were able to find the mat you wanted for the cargo area of your car, and were able to place the order. We're glad you have total coverage now!
Best new car mat protection.
I've been getting exact mats for all our vehicles for several years.
They fit exactly on the front and are discreet due to being clear. They also don't move at all due to the little spikes.
Excellent product. Reasonable price, fast shipping.

We're so sorry to hear this!
Our mats should perfectly fit the factory mat that your car's manufacturer gave you. If it does not, something may not be quite right.
It looks like we've reached out to see how we can help, so please get back to us at your earliest for assistance. We're eager to assist!

Have a fantastic day!
Exact mats are a perfect fit.
Exact mats are made to fit the exact shape of the original mats but slightly bigger so that it covers the entire mat. Excellent fit. I did get only one clip with the package but one email to Exact Mats resolved the problem the following business day. They mailed the other clips on the same day. Good job Exact Mats!

Quality product
Quality product; don't hesitate to purchase! I received the thick clear mats for my E350 MB. The mats precisely fit the contour of the factory carpet mats. My carpet mats are protected and the ExactMats allow the beauty of the carpet mats to still be seen. Great product and outstanding customer service! Most definitely will purchase ExactMats for other family members!
