I stuffed up my online order so I called Exagym @ Neutral Bay and Chris sorted everything for me including confirming that I was ordering what I really needed. He consulted my contact at Longevity to resolve this issue. He then arranged to deliver my order, and additionally was happy to exchange the dumbells I had ordered for a lighter set - and delivered them!
