I only received one item when i ordered 2 i have emailed regarding this problem however i’ve had no correspondence regarding this. I am very disappointed and will never order from this company again.

Items arrived quickly but were sadly damaged. I contacted the company who offered a refund or exchange. Sadly when I messaged back asking for replacement products things went silent.

Address details too small and unable to read
Royal Mail emailed me to say my address details on package was small and not visible to read and I had to pay a postage fee to be able to receive package and arrived later than stated

I ordered from the US and had no issues. It took a couple of weeks to receive but that was expected. Great birthday card, my son will be excited to receive.
