Excelsior Cars Avis 

This is an inexperienced and dishonest company. It is not trustworthy for drivers, and I would not recommend anyone to rely on it. They rarely pay on time and make a lot of false promises. It’s unclear who is actually responsible within the company. When they need drivers, they call you every few minutes, but once you’ve completed the work, you have to chase them just to get paid.

From start to finish the process was seamless. Great communication is exactly what you need when travelling. Maj was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic company. Favourable rates with an excellent customer service. Arrived 5 minutes before booked time. Car was clean and comfortable and driver professional and friendly. Our return journey was 6 hours delayed. We arrived back at 3:30 am. Driver was in constant contact with no additional charge. Highly recommend using this company.

Fantastic company to use. We had Maj as our driver. He was on time, in a beautiful Lexus. I had information all way through from Maj, saying the car he was driving and registration. Helpful friendly driver, prompt. Easy to use booking process

We used them for transfers to and from Heathrow airport. They were very reliable, turned up on time and the service was fantastic. The drivers on both journey's were lovely, communication from them was great and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Booked a taxi on their website to travel from Birmingham airport to Stratford upon Avon. They cancelled the booking and gave the reason that they are based in Walsall in the midlands. Their website clearly states that they are based in Birmingham. Why did their site allow the booking. Just a waste of time and I would just avoid them.

Excelsior were great. Came on time very good communicators and helped me out when I accidentally double booked. The driver was friendly and helped us with our many bags. Would use them again.

I had to book an airport transfer very last minute, my request was accommodated for the early hours of the following morning, driver arrived early and we had a stress free journey to the airport. Had to rearrange our flight to come home, again request to chance transfer was accommodated last minute, and a stressful time was made easy by how much they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Will definitely be using again.

Friendly, professional and efficient. This was my first time using Excelsior cars to take me from Heathrow to Great Barr, Birmingham. Billy was my driver. My flight arrived 40 minutes early at 4.30am but Billy was on the ball and was waiting for me as I cleared customs. The journey home was relaxed, comfortable and stress free. I will definitely use again

We booked an Executive car for pickup from Birmingham airport. Communication on arrival was efficient and we were met by our polite and friendly driver, Billy. The car was immaculate, and the ride was smooth and comfortable. This was a very welcome experience following an exhausting 28hr trip from Australia!

Professional, courteous and efficient. This was our first time using Excelsior Cars to take us from Oldbury to Heathrow and both Kamran and Abdul took the stress away from us with their excellent care. The weather was awful on both drives to and from the airport but it didn't seem to worry them and we felt extremely safe with their expert driving. 100% would use again! A gem of a service.

Great service, couldn't recommend enough.
I mistakenly put the wrong date on one of our bookings and didn't realise until the night before when the driver contacted us! The team let me change the date to the correct day last minute and free of charge.
