We used Excelsior Cars for the first time and I will say we will be using them again, from pick up at home to when we arrived back both were on time and drivers very helpful. Thank you Hasan and Harry our drivers.

Brilliant service, from pick up from home to drop off back home a week later, contact from them great, gave confidence that all was going to run like clockwork, and it did, definitely use them again and recommend to others

Booked an airport service in the early hours of the morning. Excelsior cars were punctual, polite, and did everything they could to accommodate a last minute change to the pick up time. Excelsior cars provide an excellent service and the drivers are engaging, polite, and super helpful. The communication immediately before pick up, both outgoing and coming back, was superb. They really took the stress out of getting to the airport with 4 kids and 8 bags! Thank you Harry!

Excellent service from Excelsior cars. They drove us to Devon and picked us up a week later after our transport let us down last minute. Hasan is an amazing and friendly driver He picked us up right on time for both journeys. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use again

Booked a taxi for an airport transfer home as we needed a baby seat. Harry was great - lovely clean car and very friendly. Easy to book with all enquires answered quickly.

I've used excellier cars for the past 5 years and again this year did not dissapoint. Driver was on time and b4 we landed had a text informing us to contact him on our arrival we came out of departures and there he was. Very good company and will be using again on my next journey

We have used Excelsior Cars for many years and as always their customer service is second to none. From start to finish they take all the stress out of airport transportation. Billy our return journey driver was an absolute credit to the company. We used the meet and greet service which is so stress free and worth every penny. This is the second time I have used Excelsior for an airport transfer and I cannot fault the service! They are punctual, friendly and the communication is top notch. Kamran our driver was lovely and provided a safe car seat for our little one. Would highly recommend!

Punctual, good communication, very clean car and professional service

Second time using this company to Birmingham airport & once again they gave a fantastic service. I travelled with my daughter and two granddaughters to the airport, car was immaculate the driver very helpful and polite ( afraid I didn't get his name) on my return I travelled as a solo passenger, I felt very safe with kamar who again was very helpful, polite and car was immaculate. I really cannot fault this company at all & will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you

Our flight was delayed by 3 hours and as promised they were there to collect us . Would without a doubt use again and also recommend to anybody that wants a stress free start and end to any holiday.

We had the same driver to and from the airport. Billy was prompt helpful courteous and the banter made the time fly. Booking is easy, not keen on world pay tho. Their web pages are mega small. But very happy with Excelsior. My go to now.
