I never received my hat, even though it says it was delivered on the second of this month. I checked all my neighbors all around the block. Nobody has gotten nothing. I have a ring doorbell camera so I mean, I could see if it was placed on my porch and it wasn’t.

Ordered a black fdny hat for a bday after the 911 game seeing the Yankees wear a similar one. I always wear new era 7’1/4 size. What I got was an abomination. Not 100%wool not even close to fitting. Could be an 8 inch hat. It’s insanely big. I asked for a return, they don’t send a return label.im expected to pay for that just to return this pos. I asked for an exchange and they still won’t send a return label. I’m stuck with this insane and poor quality hat now. Anybody have good tips on shrinking one?

About two years ago I passed up an offer on a Dodgers hat I hadn’t seen around much. The seller on ebay wanted $50 used for the Outdoors Dodgers hat with the toasty under brim, mountains, and green L.A. logo. Fast forward to two weeks ago where I still had that specific hat in mind, but couldn’t find it anywhere! I took a chance on Exclusive Fitted. I had never bought from them before and I’m not an avid hat head. The hat I was looking for was on their site, the price was nice and it was new (with shipping I paid $59.79. Well worth it! The hat came via USPS and came right on time, kept an eye on it through the tracking they provided. The hat came in perfect condition and I am super pumped about sporting this hat around Seattle!! Not sure we’re going to the World Series this year, but I Bleed Blue. Thanks Exclusive Fitted and Let’s Go, Dodgers!!!

I ordered a hat and it was actuallly out of stock. Literally got a phone call 5 minutes later to let me know of an inventory error. Was instructed to pick another hat. This all happened within 5 minutes total. Order went out 15 minutes later. Best Customer Service I’ve ever received. Will buy from again.

They never delivered my purchase. Never received an answer to my mails.

Amazing products incredible customer service

I purchased a few hats, one of which they ran out of but didn’t update on their website. They sent me a couple of replacement hats that made up the value of the hat that was out of stock, and they sent them in a different size to the rest of the order which I found out upon arrival. Also I’ve only had a login to their website for a few weeks and my account has already been involved in a data leak which is just fantastic.

I bought 2 hats of the same size, and 1 was significantly smaller. The quality control is terrible. I emailed customer service and they were unwilling to even pay for my return shipping label. I will not be a return customer.

I ordered a Mitchell and Ness jersey on a Sunday, it was shipped on Monday morning and I received it in New Orleans after little over a week even with the holiday crush. The item was of fine quality with the best price online. Will definitely order from Exclusive Fitted again and will recommend to my friends and family.
