Headbangersports does it right
Headbangersports do it right. I called the customer service line figured I would have to press numbers to talk to someone but I actually got a real person, that I had to call back. I believe his name was Chris but he helped me out so much. I had purchased and Extend Warranty for 2024 Louisville Genny that cracked and tried to get it replaced. When I put in my email there was no order. But Chris was able to make a ticket and was able to get me to the next step with Extend. Without his help I don't I would of got my claim.

Being that my package was stolen off my…
Being that my package was stolen off my porch, no help was given to replace or help me in my situation, the mandatory police report was the main reason they felt justified to negate my claim. Never had to submit a police report before with any other company, big or smal. Never buying from this company again.
