Love your hats I’ve bought so many from you. The only thing I would ask is to make sure these bots stop. I live in Houston, born and raised and it’s disappointing when you want to buy a hat to wear not resell and they are gone in seconds. Example Astros camo hats glad I got it preordered. And recent red hat drop with the Texas shape star. We got to eliminate the bots

Products are great but it would be great if there was a way to control 🤖 BOTS when y’all are releasing a cap because for the normal person that’s buying the hat and it’s not able to buy it because 🤖 gets all the merchandise it’s frustrating and they get the merchandise to resell it and at a higher price and I personally think that unfair to the regular customer

Great hat fast shipping and the only issue I had was the batter man logo on the back was crooked other than that the hat was good.

I received a hat asa a gift. It didn’t fit so I reached out to exclusive fitted. I filled out the required info and the next step was I was supposed to get return instructions emailed to me. I never received them. I contacted exclusive fitted twice to let them know that I didn’t receive the instructions. They sent me emails back like “it was sent out”. Then my cousin hit them back the day after I hit them up and they said the exchange window was closed. They have the worst customer service and I will never order from them again,

Ordered a hat a pin combo. After shipping paid the cost was almost $100. Was never sent or told they didn't even have the pin anymore. Had to reach out and was offered $5. Half of what they were selling the pin for by itself on they're website. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. BE WARY! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WOULD URGE ANY POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMER TO BE EXTREMELY WARY.

Fix The Apple Pay It’s Not Working Properly
