Exclusive Glazing Ltd Avis

Excellent! Excellent excellent. Superb fitters. Have used 3 times now. Reliable, efficient, sweet blokes. And quiet! Windows and doors fab quality. Can’t recommend enough

We used Exclusive Glazing for our sitting room doors and windows. Alex and Lawrence lived up to expectations after our last experience inay 2019 when we had our breakfast room patio door replaced. This company is living up to its name again. We cannot recommend them enough for anyone wishing to have glazing work.

Great service, honest and upfront with coatings. Our fitters Kyle & Jimmy were professional, clean and tidy.
Highly recommend this company

Kyle, Charlie & Ashley carried out an excellent installation job of our new French doors and a bedroom window. Everything was done to a very high standard which we’re very happy with! They arrived on time and worked their way through, almost non stop, to the very end! We are very impressed with the standard of cleanliness and the speed of the job - a very efficient team!

Great service from start to finish
Windows fitted sooner than planned in line with our preference. Great communication to keep us updated. Windows and doors fitted with no
no mess and disruption.

We absolutely love our windows from Exclusive Glazing, the two fitters, Kyle and Jimmy were very efficient. Two more personable young men you could not find, they were lovely. After completion they cleared up so well that the only sign that they had been here were the extra mugs in the dishwasher.

I have run my own business in the past. So, I have high standards in terms of what I expect regarding service and product. Ash and Charlie who came to fit the windows ticked all the boxes. They were: polite, listened to me, did what I asked, cleaned up spotlessly, were really decent people. I felt happy and safe to have them in my home. Everyone in the office, plus Simon who sold me the windows, were really lovely people to deal with. And the product itself is excellent. I keep wandering into my rooms to marvel at the difference they have made. All in all, an absolutely excellent company to deal with.

A pleasure to deal with throughout from sales through final installation. Highly efficient, good value, and so far at least, extremely impressed with the bespoke windows installed. Excellent quality. Will most definitely return to them for the additional windows we still require. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Liked product Brian came out and spent over an hour and gave me quotes which were very compeditive
No hard sale or pressure to buy
I wanted to pay over 3 years but interest to high
Liked product so phoned Brian and asked if i could have interest free
Brian said i could pay over 1
year interest free so i worked out what i could afford
Decided on replacing glass in the 4 windows which had blown ( windows old like me!!!!) Much cheaper than buying new windows
and buying a new door(couldnt

buy from other sources as inside door much wider than outside
Dealt with Dean lovely man who arranged everything about delivery
Joe came today punctual friendly and courteous
Did a lovely job very pleased with door and and glass replacements
Neighbours have already commented on door
Many thanks

I can only reiterate what so many other people have said in their reviews. I looked at a number of other companies and read their reviews and I was very impressed by the fact that you were willing to acknowledge when things didn't go to plan. with regard to my own experience it was excellent. Aiden and Lawrence were efficient, hard working and polite. They used dust sheets everywhere and at the end of each day made sure that everywhere was clean and tidy. I would DEFINITELY recommend your company to anyone. Thank you for a very positive experience.

From the moment we met Ray we knew we had picked a winner. He was followed by Andy their surveyor who did an excellent job measurring up our 8 windows; ensuring that we had the design and their finish. He explained his process and ensured that we had everything we needed included in his report. Executive Glazing Ltd .were able to better their original estimate by 3 weeks.
On the agreed start date what a surprise the 2 fitters (Joe and Mirek) arrived on time and brough glourious weather with them; Joe explained what they would be doing each day and when they experience a problem with the supplied glass panels they advised us of their intended solution. As a team both worked exceptionall well keeping the house tidy as they went; if in doubt they would cover furniture and fitting with their dust sheets. The second day they arranged with us to start earlier but unfortunately, and incident on the M25 delayed that. To their credit they kept us informed of their progress. The downside of the day they also brought with them heavy rain. despite this they worked even harder to ensure they completed the work to the allotted time. Tidying up as they went and ensured that our carpets remained perfectly dry. On the second day their was a problem with the supplied glass and with the assistance of their colleague Jack it was quickly resolved and a replacement date supplied. On the day we were very pleased to see both Joe and Mirek on the day and again on time that we had agreed with Jack. Unfortunately, the weather was no better than the 2nd day; the replacement glasses were fitted within 20 minutes, each room and our garden was left very tidy.

We also had the pleasure of talking to Kieran who ensured that all the paperwork was correct.

In summary a highly professional outfit, keeping their promises and with an above average customer service terrific in every respect to work with. Highly recommended and would use again at the drop of a hat.

Excellent service from start to finish. Everything was carried out in a professional manner, from the sales to the surveyor and the two diligent fitters, namely Joe and Mirek. We had a Palladio front door fitted and it has enhanced our property to the maximum. Would not hesitate to recommend your company and competitive prices to anyone,

Second time using exclusive.
The team were excellent and helped us keep on plan for our bathroom refit.

Joe and Mirek were polite and fitted the window quickly and efficiently.

Thank you

A highly professional and lovely company to deal with. I did a lot of work to check the best company for me, and they have been terrific in every respect.
I would recommend them 100 per cent.

The whole process was smooth and seamless from start to finish.
Kyle and Jim were professional and efficient and did a superb job of fitting our new patio and back doors. They left the work area perfectly clean and tidy, we could not fault the standard of work or the finished product.
We would thoroughly recommend the company.

Just had windows and doors installed ,over 2 days, by Ash and Charlie. What a lovely , hard working pair of lads. Really took pride in their work, and tidied away like they hadn’t been . No mess at all, thankyou x

Excellent customer service and efficient helpful fitters.

Excellent from start to finish. From Brian who we made our order with, to all the fitters, to the office who worked with us to arrange the install over 3 different dates to help us with a big project. The products are top quality.
