Exclusive Glazing Ltd Avis

Ash and Charlie came to install our new windows and patio doors on Monday 23/09/24. Both guys were very professional and worked very hard. I was most impressed with how they put dust sheets everywhere and tidied up afterwards it was like they had not been here. It was an excellent service from the Company from start to finish and we were given an earlier date for installation which was even better. I have no hesitation in recommending this Company together with Ash and Charlie, well done guys and thank you. I will definitely be using this Company again for future work.

Extremely pleased with new patio doors, conservatory doors and back door fitted today by Exclusive glazing! The whole process from initial enquiry to installation has been a breeze.
Very competitive price and super quick installation- probably 3 weeks from first call to completion.Absolutely delighted, highly recommended this Company the whole team are professional and knowledgeable. Already ordered some additional windows for upstairs
Many thanks also to Ash and Charlie for their hard work installing today. Very satisfied customers.

Can’t fault this company, from the initial order down to the installation everything was great, Kyle was very professional when fitting the window, he put dust sheets down and all cleaned up when done.

The whole process was smooth. All interactions with the Exclusive Glazing team were informative and professional. I must say it was all done much quicker than I expected my first phone call to complete instillation took less than 6 weeks. Ash/Charlie installers are top quality fellas. The quality of the materials used is very high spec my husband and I are so pleased. I would highly recommend Exclusive Glazing.

I really don’t know how this company got 5 stars, MUST BE PAID REVIEWS.

Was promised would be done by Christmas (2months away) this is why we went with them in the first place, 3months later they turn up done windows but no door turned up so waited another 2 weeks for that.

I came home, after the windows were fitted and there were chunks ripped out of wall and the silicone around the windows was missing a lot, PLUS one of the fitters must of decided to cut something in my bedroom with a recip saw and just left all the mess on my floor and bed.

Later that night I get a message saying i need to pay the rest of the sum, I then explained what happened with pictures, the guy said I have to pay or we are taking legal actions with threatening behaviour, I said I’m not paying until I get my door has come and been fitted and ALL THE MISTAKES have been mended.

The manager gave me a call and basically said I’ll give the fitters a slap on the wrist, and explained the threats was made by some young kid who handles the payments and was just to make me pay!

Anyway they came back filled holes and SOME silicone bits , door was fitted with again silicone missing I just filled it in my self at this point just didn’t want anything to do with them.

I recently got a call from the sales team they said if I’m happy with what they did and if I could recommend them to other people that’d be great. Hahahahahahahahahaha yes sure.

Proper jolly boys outing!

This company have a great team, Kyle and Joe that arrived on time, and fully prepared the access and rooms. They worked throughout the day and achieved perfect installations, with precision skills. Very professional and would recommend. Thank you guys.

We had Rehau 70 double glazed, Georgian style windows and French doors fitted by Aiden, Lawrence and the rest of the amazing team. Our planning and discussions with Dean, which included a factory visit, ensured we had a clear idea of the product and the process. The installation went extremely smoothly and we couldn't be happier with the end result. A professional and trustworthy company that we would definitely use again and recommend to our friends.

I thought Kyle and Joe did a great job. Replacing the large bay windows in a Victorian property is a very difficult job, but they were really friendly, hardworking and got the job done to a very high standard. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic service and support in fitting front door and window. Thank you Kyle

Excellent service from the initial first appointment with Simon (not a pushy salesman), great to deal with and he ensured a smooth sales process. A super knowledgeable and experienced surveyor Andrew measured up to exacting standards, and from there it was an easy payment and installation booking process with the head office team. Team of fitters arrived on time each day and were great, hard working, friendly and tidy. Less than 4 weeks from the first enquiry to fully fitted windows. Highly recommend.

Quick response at all stages, no time wasted, great price, only necessary communication, no overload of mail or call, excellent quality, and last but not least polite and efficient service.

Speedy delivery of the windows and Kyle, who installed the windows was efficient, polite and professional. Great service, he answered all my questions and left my home clean after he had completed the installation.

As per previous review.second time I've used this company to work on my property.. This time l had the A++ team of Aiden and Lawrence to remodel an old tired leaking conservatory 6.5 x 4 metre space.. what a transformation.. it's so nice I'm considering moving out of my bungalow and into this amazing new space.. thank you gentlemen I love it.. now need to redo the whole bungalow..fondest regards Steve

Second time we have used Exclusive Glazing and once again extremely happy with the results. Aiden and Lawrence were polite, hardworking, punctual and clean and tidy and their workmanship was excellent.
New conservatory with tiled roof, plus 2 new doors (one Palladio). All are extremely good quality and look fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend.

Quick and efficient fitting after the order was made, the fitters did an excellent job, and were very clean and tidy.
Contacting the company is never a problem, they are always very helpful and willing to come out and look at anything.

Easy to deal with from start to finish. The sales rep I had was great to chat to and wasn’t pushy in any way. He explained things diligently and took the time to answer all of my questions.
The wait time for install was actually really short. Joe and Mirek did a fab job on the install and completed on time with no hassle. Couldn’t fault their workmanship.

We had a product malfunction with the glazed unit in our porch which was installed last summer. Dean at Exclusive Glazing dealt with it immediately following my phone call. Within a couple of days a new unit had been ordered and expertly and quietly refitted by Kyle and Mirek. The fitters were polite and friendly and even managed to salvage and re-fit the privacy film I had put on the original window! Top marks to this company for consistently great after-sales and customer service. I highly recommend Exclusive Glazing.

Ash & Charlie were awesome... Polite, Prompt & Professional at all times. Furthermore they treated a tired old house with great respect and did a fast & fantastic job at bringing it somewhat back to life. Thank you chaps...
