Outstanding fitting servoce. Clean, respectful and very happy with finished product. Happy with the entire process. What was promised was delivered. Joe and Josh were brilliant.

Great pair who arrived to install our windows - worked really well even when they came up against an issue with the large window downstairs- sorted it out and was really particular with one of the hinges on the small window. Everything explained and tidied up as well - really impressed with their professionalism - highly recommend your service - thanks for an amazing Service.

Really impressed with the service given by Exclusive Glazing Ltd. Professional from the start. Our fitters were friendly, polite & hardworking. They respected our property & cleaned up thoroughly also advised about maintenance. I would highly recommend this company.

Straightforward Transaction, professional installation from Joe and Josh, very satisfied, Many Thanks.

Really impressed with the service given by Exclusive Glazing Ltd. Professional from the start, Ray introduced the product and didn’t rush us to make a decision in any way.
Our fitters Joe, Kyle and Josh were polite, hardworking and respectful. They were really tidy and explained everything they were doing.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and will certainly recommend them.

Everyone at Exclusive Glazing has been so helpful - from Gary the sales rep to Andy the surveyor, to the people in the office who answered queries. However, the most amazing part of the team are our fitters- Ashley & Charlie.

They were friendly, polite & hardworking. They respected our property & cleaned up thoroughly each day. It was a big project - 7 windows, a porch, 2 external doors & a set of french windows - & we couldn't have asked for a better experience (except the cold weather, maybe!). We highly recommend Exclusive Glazing.

Excellent service from day one, Kyle was great, polite friendly and respectful, he done a great job, left all areas clean, also advised about maintenance. I would highly recommend this company.

From the initial contact with Exclusive Glazing there was no pressure to sign a contract.I was left to consider my options. All of my dealings with the company has been excellent.
Yesterday Kyle came to fit my front door, he arrived on time, fitted the door, explained the workings of the door, demonstrated and then made sure I was able to lock and unlock the door easily. The whole process was great, he cleaned and tidied before leaving. Thank you Kyle.

They are replacing all of my windows gradually. As with the first installation everything was carried out perfectly. The two fitters were professional and friendly. Their work was first class and they cleared up afterwards so you wouldn’t know they had been.
I have no complaints whatsoever and am very happy with the results. The windows look fabulous. I will be using them again next year for stage 3. Totally recommended.

We have just had completion of our new windows. We chose Exclusive, being very impressed with the product and the way it was presented with no hard sell (which was't necessary such was the quality) through surveying and installation day planning everyone involved were polite, informative and helpful. Just when we were thinking this is too good to be true along came Aiden and Lawrence to install. On time, polite and very professional throughout working tirelessly all the time. If you want perfection these men fitted the bill. Thank you both. Before leaving giving a full explanation of locks etc. and cleaning all areas they had worked and walked. My wife and I would thoroughly recommend Exlusive Glazing based on our dealings.

We have just had most of our windows replaced by Exclusive Glazing. Everything went very smoothly, from the initial appointment, the design process and then the installation. The installers should be praised for their high quality work, attention to detail and their manner with customers. They were considerate and allowed us to choose which window would be done first to suit our family's needs, due to disability. They were hard working and got it all done in 2 days. The windows are excellent quality and the house feels warmer already! We were expecting that have to decorate some rooms after they left, but there was really no damage to put right! Very impressed and would recommend to anyone in Kent. Special commendations to Kyle, Josh and Joe who were our fantastic fitters.

I am very glad I chose to go with Exclusive Glazing to install a very beautiful glass roof onto my conservatory. Competitive price, but the end result is faultless, and I am sooooo pleased. The two staff members, Aiden and Lawrence were punctual, polite, hard working, very tidy, and very skillful - the finish of the brickwork and trims (not sure what to call them) look really good. Overall, I am thrilled with the result and loving seeing so much sky in the room. Many thanks.

Still waiting for the door to be sorted,,
over 1 weeks, bathroom window still looks like a sore eye!!!

Handles are so tight to turn ..all needed to be checked..which have not been done..
You say sorted out the door, when u hve not,

still cold air coming through,
the gap , my daughter was locked out, she couldn't open the door, and u say
you have sorted it out,the door.

Such a seamless experience, from the ordering of the door and surround, to the installation process, I can only praise this company. The price for the door and surround was very competitive to other manufactures. Delivery timeframe was excellent. The installation was first rate by Ashley & Charlie, as it was heavily rain on the morning for the install. The team were neat, tidy and quick and left us with a door that stands out. Great experience, fully recommend.

Historically I thought all glazing companies were pretty shady. Not these guys.
We experienced a seamless process from start to finish. They came up with the best price, with a great product, sped up the time to installation for us, showed up exactly when they said they would and tidied up after themselves so that my flat looked cleaner than when they started..!
Even when a paving stone was cracked by their subcontracted scaffolding company, they repaired it within hours.
Can’t fault them really.

Great product.
Ashley and Charlie did a brilliant job .
From the minute they arrived Ash took his shoes off so he could enter to lay dust sheets down. They removed the very very old patio doors which wasn’t easy and cleaned everything away before bringing in the new double doors and side panels with windows in. The finish was immaculate and I am very fussy when it comes to gaps etc. Brilliant brilliant job.

Ashleigh n Charlie were brilliant! Got here on Time! All Work done quicker than had thought! Very Clean Fitters! Brilliant will b lovely n Cosy for Winter months ahead!! Thanku Exclusive Glazing.

This is the second review I've written for Exclusive Glazing, and once again, they've exceeded my expectations. My initial experience was fantastic, even though the day our windows and doors were fitted happened to coincide with the day we had to part ways with our original builders. The team was incredibly kind and understanding about the situation, where we had been let down quite badly by unprofessional contractors.

Fast forward over a year, and thankfully, with new builders, the job has progressed. However, we faced some pre-existing issues that building control wasn't happy with. The team at Exclusive Glazing, especially Dean, has been an immense help in resolving these problems. Dean has been in constant communication, coordinating between me and my builder, and always keeping me informed. He has suggested the best alternatives to minimise the financial impact, and my partner and I couldn’t be more grateful for their support during what has been a challenging time.

I cannot recommend this company enough—the team genuinely cares about their customers, and their aftercare is outstanding. Thank you again!

Windows fitted in a day, kept the place clean an tidy throughout, got on with the job, windows look great 👍
