From initial quotation through to installation Exclusive Glazing have been amazing to deal with. Quick replies and helpful staff. Our installers were Ash and Charlie and they were incredibly professional and friendly. On finishing installation they highlighted two small faults and parts were ordered and ready within 2 weeks to be sorted. House feels much warmer and windows and door look fantastic. Thanks again! Would highly recommend.

Extremely happy and satisfied with the windows that have been fitted by Exclusive Glazing, from the first experience of the salesman Brian to the fitters Josh & Joe they where all professional, courteous and excellent from start to finish.

I had my old wooden sash windows replaced with double glazed windows and new frames. Communication from the start was great and kept me informed. Kyle completed the work and I can’t fault the service provided. The windows look great and they tidied up before they left as much as they could.

The consultant was very pleasant and friendly, he understood what I wanted and my budget the windows and door were installed just before Christmas and the men that installed it were amazing and quick, they were very clean and tidy and just got on with there work. As I had to work they were in my home on there own, with a nabough popping in and out, very trustworthy.

Kyle fitter done a great job of fitting the new front door, looks great. Clean up after him.
Can't fault them. The price was reasonable for the new front door. Good company. No complaints.

I have just had Kyle and Jimmy fit 8 windows a patio door and a lovely composite front door for me.
They were professional, polite and did a lovely job to an exceptional standard!
Stephen (the owner) and Dean (his right hand man) were very accommodating and bent over backwards to get the work complete on a tight time scale at a great price!

Working with Exclusive Glazing was an easy smooth experience. Everyone turned up on time as promised. All enquiries were dealt with pleasantly and promptly. And the fitting was excellent. We are truly happy with the final job. Both Joe and Josh worked tirelessly throughout the day, in rain, cold and dark weather. They were thoroughly professional from the start and very helpful. They did their best to be tidy. And Josh did very well to endure my torrent of jokes about how young he is. With his attitude he will go far. All in all a job very well done.

Everyone in the company is top tier. Terry in sales, Dean who booked my installation and the installation team themselves, Ash, Charlie and Kyle. They came on the first working day of the new year and done an amazing job I couldn't recommend the company anymore.

I am giving this review - Exclusive Glazing based on the quality of windows and material used . I was particularly impressed with the 16mm glass Exclusive Glazing installed, something not common in double or triple glass pane.

Installers : Kayle, Ashley, and Charlie, were courteous and professional throughout. Really, took pride in their work, and throughly cleaned each work area, leaving my house spotless. Very friendly bunch, I nickname them the three musketeers, three amigos.

I choose Exclusive Glazing for my window installation because of the cost, with clear communication from Stephen (Head) and Dean (Project Manager). This company is so good , I have recommended them to work in all our Properties management portfolios.

I highly recommend Exclusive Glazing to all Property Managers and Property industry, and anyone wanting to upgrade their windows.

My upsetting and stressful contract with Exclusive Glazing
Some of the issues highlighted below:

They first took my deposit then told me windows need to be fire escape opener sizes. They backed down when I went to Fensa. Also they did not tell me minimum fan light sizes . Be warned. Also they fitted a damaged door and frame and damaged window. 2 windows fitted not true and out of plumb line... patio door not level. . all refitted but still have issues.
They would not re fit or replace until I paid part final payment. Be very warned.

I noticed a fracture / split in a weld on the kitchen window opener. which was replaced but we still are left with chips on some of the frame corners and internal glazing seals with errors. most unsightly
One of the glass panels on the front window had a serious glass ripple fault . The panel was replaced
Several times Exclusive glazing had to return to try and resolve a fault with the patio door, when the sun heats the unit we really struggle to close the door. The fitters just added some packers to the internal frame as an attempt to resolve. We are still not sure it has been corrected.
3 of the window panels with opening units are out of square by about 5/6mm . very noticeable and upsetting
If you do not pay them most of the money even if you argue install is not complete and you are unhappy with products they engage a dept collector. For us, This we rebuffed after legal advice.
Some panels were installed a few times due to faults, I would question why panels were not inspected by Exclusive Glazing once they received units from the manufacturer before sending to the customer !

The Last site visit from Exclusive Glazing, the service engineer fitted another new Sash / opener. I did explain to him that there are still issues I am not happy with:
The kitchen window and one of the upstairs windows are more that 5mm out of square (sash / opener sections) This is noticeable
A chip out of the upvc frame by the new kitchen sash window
Many of the external joints have not been finished correctly and are unsightly, not as per the sales frame example
Some of the internal seals within the glass panels are with poor finish / unsightly in the corners, some are correct others really poor, Mastic being seen in the corners with rubber corners crushed and unsightly.
(some are uniform and correct but most are not) not as per the sales frame example !
The patio door has been addressed by wedging packers into the frame to try and sort out the opening failure. We are unsure if this is a permanent fix as It worsens when the sun heats the unit. This is not expected for a new product
I paid a considerable amount for a suitable product / fitting . This is far short of my expectations and quality seen on your sales product. When the sale was made I was assured all would be well and I would be very happy with the products and services. Install and quality of products are all very upsetting and the customer experience was stressful and of great concern. Checking other units I installed previously and other local window companies, I am unhappy with the quality of units Exclusive Glazing have provided.
The front door has been painted on the edges to resolve chipping seen, which may be prone to lifting / failure

Exclusive Glazing tried to improve by re fitting and several replacements but we are still left with many issues which can be viewed at site or photo images assessed. The qaulity of my units are not as per the sales frame example
I have not received an apology or compensation from senior management or the owner, in fact my last complaint email was ignored and no reply given
If anyone is thinking of using Exclusive Glazing please contact me to see the evidence and review their products and install at my home.
I have since seen many local window companies and so wish I used another company.

This is the second time I have used Exclusive Glazing as I was very impressed with the excellent service I received the first time and they have again done an excellent job. Very polite and professional, from the very start with the consultation, to the surveyor visit & the fitting by Kyle, everything was seamless..even with the additional work of adding a dog door. I would totally recommend them 100%.

Kyle the fitter was amazing did two windows and a door all on his own he’s so lovely left the area spotless would give him 10 stars .This is the second time iv used exclusive glazing would definitely recommend them

Very impressed with the excellent service I have received. Fitters Kyle and Jimmy from Exclusive fitted a new door yesterday and they were brilliant. Very polite and professional and did a wonderful job, leaving the place spotless when they'd finished. This is the 3rd time we've used this company and they have been fabulous everytime, from Dean who sorted out what we wanted to the surveyors who came to measure and added recommendations of what would look best to all the fitters who were just great. Would definitely use again.

This is the second time I have used this company as they did such an excellent job on my previous property.
Once again from the start from sales executive, to surveyor & the three fitters today, Kyle, Josh & ? the third name.
They worked tirelessly, were polite, professional & understanding of some pressures which required me going in & out.
They cleared up well & I am delighted with both the windows & new front door.

Every step of the process was trouble-free, and each person who dealt with us was clear, friendly and supportive without being pushy. From design to fitting there was only a three to four week gap. We love our new upstairs windows! Ash and Charlie carried out the fitting on 12th December 2024, and did a really great job. They took care not to damage anything, and found ways round our difficult situation with no garden access. I appreciate the way payments were taken at stepped intervals through the process, with final payment made once the work was complete. I definitely recommend this company.
