Very disappointing experience from start to finish.

Communication has been poor, with constant back and forth and repeated errors that have made what should have been a straightforward process unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming.

There seems to be a real lack of attention to detail, and even after issues were pointed out, further mistakes continued to be made.

Overall, an extremely frustrating experience and certainly not the level of service or professionalism I would expect from an accident management company.

The work carried out on my vehicle was exceptional from me taking the car in to collecting i was kept up to date of the repair. I was shown photos of the work carried out when i collected my car, the work was very thorough and my car looks like a new car. Everyone i dealt with was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

From the start communication was excellent. They collected the car on the exact time they said they would. And the driver was very polite and friendly and informative. They let me know when they had received the car and throughout they contacted every few days on the progress of the repair. And delivery was on time. Brilliant service.
