Executive Villas Florida Avis 

We had an amazing stay! Andy was a fantastic host—very helpful, responsive, and made check-in quick and easy. The home looked exactly like the photos and was spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable after long days at the volleyball tournament and amusement parks. The location was perfect, with attractions, shopping, and plenty of restaurants just minutes away. We would definitely stay here again!

We really had a fab time at this villa! Party of 8 adults & 3 children. We have stayed in Champions Gate before and is the perfect location for exploring Disney and Universal parks. We like that it has the water park on site to use which is very good for rest/chill days (as much as you can rest with two toddlers!!).

Andy was a great host & responded very quickly. He was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for check in, codes for access to resort and villa, and details on how to heat pool/hire a BBQ.

Overall the villa was great for us. Everyone had their own space / bathrooms and we didn’t feel on top of each other. Plenty of space for interacting / family games nights too.

The pictures of the villa were spot on and listing was accurate. The cleanliness of the villa could have been better, but was only certain areas (laundry room, pool toilet, stair carpet). Overall we had a fantastic stay and felt it was great value for money. Thank you Andy!

Great accommodations! Everything was absolutely perfect for our family.

Our stay was everything we planned for and more! The home was very welcoming, spacious, & clean. The themed bedrooms made it even more magical & fun. Lots of entertainment with the game room and large pool! Our host was very responsive and welcoming!! Check in was so simple and the neighborhood resort is well kept and nice. The description was very accurate. The kitchen has all the cookware you need to prepare meals. I recommend and will book again in the future!

beautiful house rented for family vacation. we have 12 people total and there's plenty of room for everyone . all the bathrooms throughout the house and poolside are a plus. I definitely recommend using for small or large group. will be returning

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. Our group of 11, consisting of 7 adults, 2 teens, and 2 children, was comfortably accommodated, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their vacation.

The pool was a huge hit with both the kids and adults, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor space and common areas. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and made our family trip even more enjoyable.

The host was responsive, helpful, and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. The location was convenient for visiting Orlando attractions while still providing a relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day.

Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip. Thank you for helping make our family vacation a memorable one!

Andy was an awesome host, with a beautiful home. 10/10 experience, everything was lovely and my family and I enjoyed everything.

My stay at Alex’s villa was wonderful, spacious enough space to park my 15 passenger van in the driveway. My kids loved the swimming pool,game room and movie room. I’m definitely booking again for my next trip to Disney

The host was very attentive to my questions I would definitely recommend Andy.. the house was beautiful but the only down side was that I was offered to check in early but wasn’t able to check in early.

The resort & home is beautiful. The homes are super open and spacious. The private pools are a plus for days when you want less chaos, noise, & crowds. It is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, & parks. I highly recommend.
