Excellent product and incredibly supportive customer service. I would, however, suggest a few additions to the product, like individual target muscle illustrations and a little info on each video, suggesting mechanics, force type, experience level, and equipment required, although it would be a little too much to ask for the price. but overall great product.

Great Videos, Great experience, Great Company
I purchased their Ultimate Bundle, and have been very happy with it. They gave me all of their videos (including a copy with my Logo in the background) at a great price. The videos are well made, they don't take up much hard drive space - and they cover a very wide range of exercises. I have contacted their customer service several times, and they respond in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend this company.
