Doesn't work, I got the free trial and I made it optimize Dallas servers for fornite and it made my ping higher... 40 ping when i normally get 10-20 I don't think you should buy this.

great product made by terrible juice
The service works great, I would have 30-60 ping normally in games but with ExitLag it drops down to 16-20 ms ping, so thats good BUT the company itself does everything in its power to get money from you. I've been double charged not once but twice by exitlag, and im fed up with having to keep my eye on them so if you are thinking about getting it save yourself the trouble. they are just greedy juice.

Absolutely terrible experience with the company. I bought a duo plan for me and a friend & ticked NO on renewing my subscription after it was up. Regardless of this, the 3 months went by and I get charged on my credit card even though I had already ticked no to renewing it.
I then made a ticket to get a refund & was met with the response that I was not eligible for the refund as it was not my first exitlag purchase.
In my eyes this is a form of stealing as my card was charged without my permission and again, with the renewal cancelled.
The actual product doesnt do anything either.

Avoid at all costs
ExitLag is a complete waste of money. It does not deliver on its promises. Games take 5–10x longer to load or reconnect, making it unusable. On top of that, they charged me without consent and customer support refused to issue a refund. Absolutely unacceptable — do not trust this service.

App is great, always fixes my ping, easy and intuitive to use. I love their support on discord, they are always very nice and helpful, and you actually get to chat with them and get fast responses rather than wait for ages for an email....
