Scammy payment methods and transactions. They are saving your card without any permission. More than that, they charged me twice for their service. I was trying to buy 1 month subscription but after the first payment I was only given the invoice to pay for the subcription and was forced to pay the second time to actually get it. Idk if it is a bug or it is a way to scam people, but support doesn't reply me in 4 days already so I lost any hope to get my money back.
To sum up - try to find better alternatives to this service or get scammed

ExitLag has been worse in the past few…
ExitLag has been worse in the past few months. It was very reliable until they made some changes to the Mumbai server and limited most of the servers. I play Valorant using ExitLag but it no longer provides a stable low ping connection. I tried every setting and even spoke to support who helped me fix a few issues but it’s still not good.
Recently, I tried NoPing and it changed everything. It’s much more stable and even if the connection drops, I can switch servers in NoPing. It automatically disconnects me from Valorant and reconnects me to the game after a few seconds, which is a fantastic feature. I wish ExitLag had this capability.
I know I can change servers in ExitLag as well but it doesn't work seamlessly I have to restart the game for it to route me to a different server. At this point, I don't think I will return to ExitLag unless NoPing starts to have similar issues. I hope they fix the servers and provide realtime server changing capabilities.
PS: I used ExitLag for the past 4 years and it greatly helped me by providing lower ping but it's no longer working for me now.

I got 1 month free exitlag from discord, I tried it and my ping is like 3 or 4 ping lower so not really a difference. Now after 1 day my subscription got canceled and i did not even do that? i go to customer service and they just told me your problem... Disconnects and unacceptable input lag
Simply, Exitlag does not do what it is supposed to do. I play from OCX to NA servers for a game.
While the ping appeared reduced, Exitlag caused unacceptable input lag and frequent disconnects ingame.
I mark Exitlag not fit for purpose and a waste of money which Exitlag will not refund or partially refund.
In reply to Exitlag's reply, I already engaged with support and followed instructions. That made any small advantage in ping go away and introduced further undesirable effects ingame. They refused a refund.
I DO NOT recommend Exitlag, it is not fit for purpose

Unfair Renewal Charge and Cold, Unhelpful Support
I was charged for an automatic renewal of ExitLag, despite not using the service for weeks and believing I had already canceled my subscription. There was no reminder email or notification before the charge.
When I reached out to customer support, I received a cold, copy-paste response citing the Terms of Service, stating that only first-time purchases are eligible for refunds. No empathy, no actual help — just a robotic reply hiding behind policy.
I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — just a refund for a service I didn’t use and didn’t intend to renew. But instead of valuing a long-time user, ExitLag chose to stonewall me.
If you’re considering using ExitLag, be extremely cautious about their auto-renewal system. Cancel early, and don’t expect human support if anything goes wrong.
I’ve canceled my subscription and will not be returning.

literally just doesnt work, when using the exitlag servers I couldnt load into the game a single time, and when activating it before opening the game (valorant), the game did not open at all, genuinely horrible
