I've been an ExitLag subscriber for 4 months, at first it gave me SLIGHTLY better ping, (for example, from 22 down to 19,) but it was placebo amounts. that even pro players would not pay for.
In the past couple of months, it has started to make my ping raise amounts that are noticeable during gameplay, giving me input delay and an overall worse experience than I would have had if I did not open their software to begin with.
Now, there has recently been a bug where their software will randomly try to refresh or reconnect or something, resulting in myself and SEVERAL other Fortnite players, even Tier 1 professional players, being kicked from tournament matches because ExitLag disrupted their connection, all while the company sits in silence. They have also refused to provide any refunds for their scam of a software that quite literally does not work and will disconnect you from any online matches. Stay away from Exitlag.

After a month for some reason i started have packet loss using ExitLag but thats not the problem, I tried to contact their support while i have paid 100 euros to them for a year and after 10 days of them giving faulty solutions, I discovered that they probably bought cheaper routing services without informing us, and rn their support doesnt answer a lot of people messages including mine too for 3 days now

Probé varios softwares de reducción de latencia (como proxies o VPNs optimizadas para gaming) y finalmente di en el clavo con ExitLag.
Mi proveedor de internet es el mejor de la zona y funciona muy bien en general, pero en servidores brasileños tenía mucho lag y pérdida de paquetes, mientras que amigos del mismo país no lo sufrían. Así que descarté que el problema fuera del juego. Probé ExitLag gracias a sus 3 días de prueba gratuita, sin necesidad de ingresar ningún medio de pago, y me enamoré al instante.
La interfaz es moderna e intuitiva; no tardé nada en descubrirla, aunque solo uso la función de "Conexiones". Me solucionó el problema inmediatamente, y lo brillante es que, si llega a perder la conexión (que nunca he experimentado ni lag ni pérdidas), no te desconecta del servidor del juego. Puedes activarlo o desactivarlo en cualquier momento, aunque yo nunca más lo apagué.
El precio es razonable, incluso más barato que sus competidores y puedo asignar la cantidad de aplicaciones que quiera con el servidor que prefiera. Algunas compañías alternativas solo permiten una conexión a la vez.
Si buscas un software de este tipo, definitivamente inclínate por ExitLag, al menos, haz la prueba de 3 días gratuita.

I have been subscribing ExitLag for many years due to my ISP routing to any game servers some time caused a lot of trouble. From Guild Wars 2 to Foxhole, all went smooth. Even I had issue with Foxhole, I contacted ExitLag technical support team, they listened and fixed the problem for me and the community. Greatest gaming VPN ever.

I've been using ExitLag for 1 month now and it does not work.
I have had "microstutters" or latency/ping spikes and hoped this would fix this. My main games have played being CS2, League of Legends, Path of Exile 1, Runescape and I still have same problems I did before.I still warp and freeze occationally, warp into Lux's Q, get shot dead when im behind walls, get 1 shot when I open strongboxes and lose ticks when I pray flick in the Inferno. I've tried multiple different routing diagrams, playing with VPN on, played with VPN off and it does not work at all.
Don't buy this, it's a waste of money, just upgrade your internet if you have the possibility.

Not good. After downloading it, tweaking, restarting, the only thing that happened was that my ping increased to 70+ instead of ~40. Could just be my problem, but honestly if you are having ping issues might aswell spend your money on a new internet.

I'm assuming I wanted to try the service, and the best it offers is a 2-3 ms improvement in ping, unless you have a poor connection, but in that case, give your money to a better IP, not them. But the most appalling thing is the customer service, which hides behind predatory policies like automatic, non-refundable renewal (I haven't used a single day of my subscription since the previous one expired), which is enabled by default and applies to any credit card you have on file. I was charged the full amount of my three-month subscription without authorization (since my primary credit card was blocked) to a credit card that isn't mine and was left on file because they have no qualms.

I redeemed 40+ 1-month ExitLag codes in June 2025. All codes were accepted through their official website — no warnings, no errors, and my subscription was extended to over 1300 days.
Weeks later, I logged in and saw that my entire subscription was gone. Worse — they deleted my activation history completely. I contacted support with full screenshots, but they just replied that "only one code was allowed" and claimed it was justified, even though their own system accepted the keys and showed the extended time.
This was not an exploit. I followed their interface as a normal user. They failed to enforce their own rules — and instead of owning the mistake, they silently wiped everything.
I'm seeing others report the same thing: revoked time, no refund, deleted logs, and even bans on Discord when asking questions.
I’ve used ExitLag for a long time, but after this behavior, I can’t trust the company anymore. If you’re considering using them — be very careful. They can take your subscription away at any time and act like nothing happened.
Update (Aug 29, 2025): ExitLag’s reply here is misleading. Their system did not “automatically” invalidate codes — it granted me 1300+ days, then manually removed them weeks later and erased the activation logs. This is not automatic enforcement, this is retroactive deletion.

Scammed me of 19 pre-paid codes (1 month each)
I bought and redeemed 20 codes but I only got 1 month of subscription and they don't even reply to my support ticket.
I've been using ExitLag for years but now that they scammed me I don't think I'll be using their services anymore.
There are other apps that provide better connections and costumer services

Little bit better ping but the packet loss is insane you shots and keys you press they will not count which is useless to have better ping in that case if the packet loss is 40-50%
In addition that shit company who sponsors many streamers are bunch of gready scammers after I bought 24 of 1 month keys and redeemed them I ended up using only 1 month and ExitLag switched my sub from Desktop & Mobile to only Mobile ?? and the reason I found that they made keys to be redeemed only 1 per account and they allowed people to redeem them first days and then they fixed that by not letting you redeem them more than 1 time.
But for people who already redeemed them after 1st month they switched the sub for them to mobile only and SCAMMED all the customers to fix their mistake by doing another one by Scamming us.
When I complained on discord on the chat about the issue a random kid moderator named "Gabrieltxu" Banned me for 7 Days :D
