Variety of stock was not at its usual
Level. Outdoor plants were looking tired and unkept. I know we had strong winds, and this had knocked quite a few plants off the shelves and into the ground.and a few large trees had been blown over.

Thanks for your feedback!
It's quite normal for us to have a slightly reduced range at the beginning of spring. A lot of stock sells through over winter, and our growers often struggle to keep up with demand early in the season. There's usually a bit of a lag before we're back to our full range in late spring and early summer.
We're also currently installing new shade cloth and rearranging sections of our rear yard, all while battling some pretty strong winds lately! So you're right, things haven't been quite as tidy as we'd usually like.
We're working hard to get everything back into shape, and hopefully you'll notice a big improvement on your next visit.

I think you have the wrong nursery. Im the boss, i never had this conversation today and we dont have a mail list we take orders on our order form. It would be great if you could remove this and give it to the correct nursery 👍
Thriving beautiful lush plants
Fantastic variety of cacti & beautiful display of mature plants not often seen. Lovely staff & great selection of pots at pretty reasonable prices. It was pleasing to see >95% items priced which without creates confusion at the register. Disappointed they didn't have the boxed set of yoga cats (for pot plants), which I'd previously purchased there - but had a wonderful visit & they have many other gifts available among their lush green thriving plants. Highly recommend a visit!

Both plants Came totally discoloured…
Both plants Came totally discoloured and the second one ofphilodendron tortum discoloured as well what I mean is yellow and the other Plant had little damage, but it was that yellow🤦♀️
Not happy consider it was only supposed to be a four day trans from Adelaide to Geelong yet I’ve had deliveries all the way from Cairns and it’s never happened so I don’t know

Hey Jessica, sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the condition of the plants when they arrived. Some Philodendrons and other tropical plants can show yellowing or discolouration through winter, particularly after being boxed and transported, but we certainly want our plants arriving in a condition you’re happy with.
We would have been more than happy to look into this and work out a solution for you but you never contacted us. If you can please contact us directly with a couple of photos of the plants, we can have a look and see what we can do to help.

Highly Recommended Plant Nursery in Adelaide
I’ve purchased several plants from Exotic Botanic, including Peace Lily Sensation, Sweet Romano, Jet Diamond, Picasso, Monstera Thai Constellation, Monstera Balbasaur, and Burle Marx Flame. Every plant arrived healthy, well-established, and in excellent condition.
The staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Their prices are reasonable, and they offer an impressive variety of plants, from common favourites to more unique collector plants.
I recently purchased some strawberry plants from them as well, and based on how well all my previous plants have performed, I’m excited to see them grow and thrive too.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality plants and great customer service!
