Exotic Botanic Avis

I had great service and advice from the lady that served me. Thank you! It was very generous of you. Good selection of pots and healthy plants. Prices were fair overall and I would shop here again.

I always have a 5 star shopping experience at Exotic Botanic.
Staff are always helpful, knowledgable and ready to assist.
So many plant varieties to choose from, with pots, soils, composts and accessories, it truly is so easy to find what you need, and with prices cheaper than big warehouses. No need to go anywhere else.

Lisa really likes her job 🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️outstanding service

Very helpful advise and service

I wanted to purchase a Dracaena trifasciata plant & pot to place by my front door. A staff member was so helpful with finding the right plant & pot to place by my front door. It looks fabulous

First time visiting the shop, and very happy with the experience.
The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and will definitely go back to purchase more items

Staff were friendly and helpful

Great range in a well presented shop. I received amazing advice about plant safety for pets from the female attendant. Really liked it.

Healthy plants. I like to wander and I appreciate that the staff dont come up to you all the time. Very nice atmosphere with music overhead.

Excellent range, fair prices, friendly and helpful staff

I purchased a couple of plants using my gift card.

I was very impressed with the packaging and my new plants arrived in perfect conditions.

So clever the way you took so much care the way you packaged my new plants.

Quality product looks great and very strong metal. Product was delivered as advised. Very happy with the purchase.

The range of plants and accessories is extensive and competitively priced, the store is well set out and the staff are friendly and helpful.

a nice place with rare plants which hard to be found in any other nurseries. when there is a discount, very a good deal to rush and get them.

😍 It is exactly what I was hoping for. Great size and very colourful. Assembled very easily and the height keeps it out of range of my curious dogs.
Hadn't realised that the whole head rotates as well as the arms spinning so that is a bonus and just makes the movement and appearance even more pleasurable.

Exotic Botanic is always my go to for all my plant needs and of course a new plant or two. Always super friendly and helpful staff.

I ordered my plant on line. I have never done that before. When I picked it up it was just as described (and illustrated). A perfectly happy, healthy, Chinese money plant. When I picked it up I bought a smallish glass terrarium too - not for this plant obviously. Anyway their range of terrariums is also good.

Great staff, good selection of plants ,a happy customer

Awesome service as always fantastic customer service thank you
