Hi Brooke, we will email you directly to resolve this. I am sorry that you left us a one-star review. You will reach a live agent depending on the volume of calls coming in. However, we ALWAYS call people back, usually within the hour, if you left us a message. We also reply to emails, usually within the hour if you opened a ticket with us.
To resolve this issue, we will email you directly. I see that you have logged into your account 9 times, and you logged in today. So we need to figure out what you mean by "can't access the website".

Takes the strain out of writing a will
A good service that takes you through a task you may have dreaded in well-explained, logical steps.
It's easy to edit your previous choices if there are changes in your family situation, and you just save and print out the new version of your Will and get that witnessed. This means that you are much less likely to have a hopelessly out-of-date Will when you die.
As far as I can see, the resulting document is exactly what you would have got from a lawyer but without the legal fees.

Efficient, and makes a complex situation (assets in two different countries) very clear and straightforward to deal with. Nice to have it all under one roof.

Each time I spoke with customer service…
Each time I spoke with customer service the person was helpful and progress was made toward completing my expat Will. However, the time zone difference to Australia made it difficult to reach a live person when I needed them. I was ready to give up and demand a refund until I eventually had an email of my Will sent to me. I have had it signed & witnessed and now a satisfied customer. I would recommend your services to other expats needing a Will.

Good value service - quick online completion
Very useful and good value service for us as UK citizens with a property in the US. All done online and pretty quickly. Obviously, not 100% sure how it will fare when needed but fingers crossed!
