Bad refund policy
I booked a flight ticket through Expedia. Then due to a non conclusive PCR test I had to cancel the flight.
I contacted the airline company who confirmed that the ticket is refundable and that I need to coordinate with Expedia.
Expedia they confirmed that and said they will make the refund in a period of 3 to 6 weeks with cancelation fees of 190.000 krw (which is very high)
But after 2 months I didn't receive anything.
I contacted them again and after they said it's not refundable, they accepted to make the refund in a period of 8 to 12 weeks!! And with cancelation fees of 250.000 krw!!
Honestly they respond quickly but they have a bad refund policy.
