The shipment arrived 3 days after the initial email said they would arrive then once I got them and opened the flags they are not double sided they are see through design when I asked if they were I was told yes see through is not double sided if knew that I would bought them on eBay for 1/2 the price as yours! I will not be buying from you again

All printed flags read correct on one side and reverse on the other unless otherwise specified. Yes you can buy Chinese made US Military flags on ebay for probably half the price but we are proud to sell only American Made flags especially US Military and American Flags. We would be happy to accept your flag return for full and prompt credit. Best regards.
Great Customer Service!
Fedex lost my order. I've never had anything like this happen before and didn't know what to do. I called Express Flag's customer service number and the representative Crystal was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional when I reported the problem. I was told they would look into the situation and get back to me. I was contacted later that same day and was told a replacement order was being shipped out. To my surprise and relief it arrived the very next day. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

$8 for shipping. Said three day arrival. Took 6 business days. That’s expensive shipping for that kind of lag time for a 3x5 printed flag. Flag quality seems sturdy. Well see.

The products from this company were great. The company responds to emails inquiries in a timely manner. I had to inquire as to where my product was because I never received anything about shipment. Although they did get back to me fairly quickly with shipping tracking.
