We ordered on a Saturday and as of Wednesday had not heard anything about shipping. I called and the individual who took my call was most helpful. It shipped that day and arrived last night in time for July 4!

Great products, great service
Great products. The package came without the bracket and when I called they were very nice and told me they would overnight it to me. About an hour and a half later a bracket was delivered to my door! I would highly recommend this company. Thank you! It's great to be flying my beautiful American flag again.

Thank You Beverly for your business and feedback. Your flagpole shipped on 06/29 and you should be receiving it at any day now. It took a couple of days longer than usual to get your order shipped but we are operating at 50% staff and things are not getting out the door as quick as usual. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Best regards.
Surprisingly good service
My order arrived very quickly, as promised. The flags are of good quality, and were what I was hoping. Worth noting, that I had a question after receiving my order, and, so, emailed Express Flags. They researched their inventory and replied to me the same day. That kind of service can't be beat.

I thought it would have shipped by now so that I could have received for the 4th of July. Yes I am disappointed so we shall see what kind of quality will show up? Hopefully they will redeem themselves.

Placed an order that said it was in stock. Then a rep. called and she was very rude about the now unavailability of the item and it would take up to 4 weeks to get the item. I will never shop here again and will also advise others to stay away as well.
