Product good, delivery took an age
The actual product I received is brilliant. The time taken for delivery of the product was perhaps one of the worst experiences I've had. A 3 day delivery took the best part of 3 weeks, I was told that freight company had staff issues, then vehicle issues, then that the product had been stolen at delivery depot, then after a replacement had been sent that the original had been found. The express grass team appeared to do all they could to resolve but it would massively deter me from using them again and from recommending that anyone else does. Such a shame as the grass is really good but I can't bring myself to be very positive about it.

Express Grass (Luxford Artificial Grass)
I’m genuinely impressed with the Luxford artificial grass from Express Grass. The quality is outstanding, it looks absolutely amazing in my garden and has completely transformed the space. The texture feels incredibly natural, not plasticky like some other brands. I installed it over concrete slab flooring, and the thickness of the Luxford type makes it incredibly soft and comfortable underfoot.. It adds a lush, vibrant look and feels just like real grass. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor area with minimal maintenance and maximum comfort!

Totally different than the sample we have received.
The artificial grass was ordered from expressgrass, same place from where I received the sample.

If you did order grass from us (using a different email address) It should be a exact copy as we produce the samples in house directly from the full rolls of artificial grass.
