Exterior Building Solutions Avis

Liam and John arrived on time, they were very polite and kept me informed on the process of cleaning and coating my roof which now looks brilliant.
I was particularly impressed with the way they tidied up after doing the work.
On my experience I would recommend EBS to anyone wanting quality work.

Excellent service from the Hamilton based guys. Turned up when they said they would, worked constantly and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be more delighted with their performance.

No problems with the staff I dealt with - Craig called at the house, Ross carried out the survey and ?Jason resealed the roof. All were very professional, informative and helpful.
I didn't expect the work to be done so quickly and had arranged to be out with my daughter and grand-daughter for a few hours that afternoon (11/04/2025). I checked with Jason that this was ok, and as I was paying by BACS it was no problem and they were away by the time I got home.
Very pleased with the work on the roof, looks like new. Not as pleased with the clean up though. All the windows were very dirty and a lot of 'sludge' was left on the shared drive and my neighbour cleaned it up before I got home.
I texted Gordon to say money had been transferred but had a problem with my wall-mounted hose as it was jammed. He was going to get someone to look into it.
I then realised all the windows were dirty and found out my neighbour had to clean the drive and telephoned EBS office about it. Craig and then Ross both dropped in in the next 4 - 5 days, they weren't pleased about it and chased it up for me. It's now 4th May and I've heard nothing from EBS. Even if someone had called to say this can sometimes happen, etc but no feedback at all, despite a 2nd phone call to the office.
So the work was excellent, the clean up was far from it and follow up to complaint was non-existent.

From the very beginning of the process, every stage was seamless. Craig knocked on the door and was pleasant and polite. Ross Andrew came to survey the job and provide the estimate and Liam and John carried out the work. All of the team were efficient and professional. The site was left clean and tidy. The roof looks absolutely fantastic. We are delighted!

The job was painting exterior walls and window surrounds. The company was easy to deal with; John and Bailey were helpful and efficient and went above expectations to make the whole experience as easy and painless as possible. Delighted with the finish and product.

EBS are brilliant, I can’t recommend them enough. Every single person I’ve communicated with has been fab: from Scott who originally knocked on my door to tell me about their roof coating service, to Steve who performed the survey, to James the roofer & team who carried out the work. They’ve made an excellent job of my roof, what a striking difference it’s made! But it’s not just the cosmetic aspect, it’s the years of peace of mind gained from doing this at a fraction of the cost of a brand new roof. I’ll be getting them back for sure to treat my external walls. Fantastic company, I would highly recommend.

Roof all cleaned and treated looks like a new roof. From Stephen who set us up and Paul and James who did the work. Would highly recommend.

From beginning to end our experience with EBS has been fantastic. The quotation and information stage with Ross Andrew was brilliant….no hard sell and he really knows his stuff! On the day of the work Liam and john turned up on time and worked tirelessly all day. The work is first class and the surrounding area is tidier now than it was before they arrived!! Our roof is stunning. First class job and first class company.

We cannot recommend EBS highly enough. John and Baillie worked tirelessly over 4 days. We are absolutely over the moon with their workmanship. The exterior of our house is completely transformed . They were polite and on completion they left our property clean and tidy also removing all debris. Well done boys!

I really recommend this company, they won't let you down, all the team are very polite and professional, absolutely brilliant Customer Service

This company were amazing from start to finish. The roof looked like new once cleaned and the coating matched our anthracite windows perfectly. The team worked really hard and tidied up so well afterwards you'd hardly know they had been here. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company. The workers were exceptionally pleasant and hardworking, arriving exactly as scheduled. They left everything clean and tidy and made sure to ask if I was satisfied before leaving. Their follow-up to check on the outcome was much appreciated. I would be happy to recommend them.

Just had our external walls treated (coloured and weatherproof coating). The team executed a fantastic job from start to finish. They were on time, polite, courteous, and did a great job of cleaning up once finished. The property looks absolutely fantastic. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

This company is very professional; we had no problems whatsoever. they were very clean and tidy and completed the job quickly. Our house looks completely different, and we are vey happy with the result.

From the initial sales conversations to the completion of the job, I had absolutely no problems dealing with this company. All staff, both in the office and on-site, were helpful and informative. The job was completed ahead of the quoted time frame, and they workmen always left the area clean and tidy.

The work was carried out on time and as advertised. The workmen were clean and efficient, thoroughly clearing the site upon completion. I would recommend this company.

We had our house walls coated in May this year, the job was done precisely as described by the sales team. The operatives were highly professional, and courteous, and worked efficiently without any delays. They made sure to please us, the customer and left the place tidy. Due ti the excellent results, we have now decided to have the roof treated as well. A friend also opted to have house walls treated after seeing the quality of work done on ours.

An excellent job was done by the team who worked non-stop to a very high standard. Very professional and well-mannered. The roof looks as good as new; very pleased with the quality.
