Good product easy to install

First off, I'm happy with the product, now my cart is too fast now! However, I would like to say the new controller had 6 posts and my stock neos ac controller had 5, so I had to wait till a Monday to find out what the "R" post was for. (not used on my Yamaha drive 2)
Also, the new adapter plate had 5mm screw holes, the plate came with 6mm. The stock controller uses bolts, so I had to go out to find screws so the plate would fit flush and 5mm screws to attach the new controller to the adapter plate.
Also, my stock 3.3 watt motor motor leads came directly off the windings with no way to install the new 2g wires I purchased.
Also, the 2g wiring set didn't have a wire for the positive battery to the solenoid, luckily I had a wire for one of the motor leads to use.
The upgrade solenoid I purchased has 4 male blade post to attach the wires, my cart has ring conections on the original wiring. No installation instructions came with any of the items purchased.
You guys were quick to address my questions and that's great, but I do have concerns that my stock motor leads 4g?, may not be large enough as yall recommended 2g wires that I purchased for the 700 amp controller.
After my review I received a personal phone call to address my concerns, a very nice touch I must say, again great service after the sale. So, still 3 stars on my experience but a solid 5 stars on customer service.

The item that I order come exactly like it was listed. Can’t really ask more than that.

I ordered my Bolt Energy 72V 105Ah POWER Golf Cart Lithium Battery Bundle - Professional. It says on the web site ships 1-3 business day, It was April 28th and today is May 12th. It has been 2 full weeks and I am still without my order. So they did send me a kit, They sent me a Bolt Energy 48V 105Ah THIN Golf Cart Lithium Battery Bundle. Which one will NOT work in my cart and 2 is a much lesser value of a kit. They did send a truck to p/u the incorrect kit, but still have not sent the kit I ordered. AND what's worse is I think they are ghosting me now as they will not answer my calls, text or emails.

Update: Extreme Kart did reach out to me the next day after the I notified them about the incorrect shipment. They Did send the proper kit which did in fact take 3 days to get to me as you see on the web site. Also I was contacted from Extreme Karts extending their concern to get the order corrected and give me a tracking number so I could see my new order coming to me. Thanks to Devon and Ryan for getting out in front of this issue to make sure my order was delivered correct! All the equipment was delivered, installed and works perfect.

Due to a mistake on my part, I have notified the company. We have resolved the problem with very good customer service and I won’t apologize to the company and whoever read this and thinking that they did a bad when they did not products purchase for 100% of my satisfaction

Everything you need for an easy conversion to lithium

Extreme team were very knowledgeable about their battery and associated kit accessory products and were able to clear up questions I had related to confirming the correct items to order based on my cart’s configuration and controller.
The shipping was fast and kept me up to date on the two shipments, including the tool rental refund on the deposit.

I have now installed 4 conversion kits and have zero issues. The staff has been incredible and go about and beyond. I was having an issue after installing one and the staff was very helpful and i was able to trace the issue down to the Modular.

I ordered a Bolt 48v lithium battery from Extreme Kartz after many hours of reading through their Lithium battery comparisons which were a huge help and ultimately the reason I ordered through them, because it goes above and beyond what other online retailers are doing and the lithium battery rabbit hole can be a big one to fall into. Shipping was quick, communication was great and the product arrived just as advertised. I will definitely use Extreme Kartz again!!

Excellent products. Just finished upgrading my Club Car batteries to the Bedrock 105AH Lithium Battery. The products came packaged very neat and organized. The battery was shipped in a very nice wooden crate. Installation directions were spot on. Looking forward to some summer cruising.

I did my lithium conversion by myself and everything went together perfectly. Will definitely be upgrading my cart more from extreme kartz

The upgrade installed on my 2014 Club Cart provided by Extreme Kartz was exceptional! One of the easiest installs I’ve ever performed ( minus the awkward position in lifting a 52lb motor)! All cables clearly identified a labeled and that with online instructions any novelist can complete this install in a day.
