The description of the drops was accurate and having an expiry date was very useful. Although the website was not the best and delivery info a little confusing the service was excellent. The order was dispatched very quickly, well and securely packaged and the tracking facility spot on. All in all an excellent transaction. Keep it up

Hello Royal Mail tried to deliver this parcel on the 25th. It was refused by the person in the house as 'customer not known'. Tracking link that we sent to you in the dispatch email verifies this.
We have actually now received the parcelback to us and again it says on the label that the customer was not known at that address
The name that you entered when placing the order is different to yours. Could you please check your order details to see if they are correct. If they are, please call us and we can liaise with Royal Mail to see why it was refused.

Easy and efficient
I have an artificial eye which I sometimes struggle to manage. I have found products from the Eyecare shop that I struggled to find anywhere else.
Ordering was easy and I received my order within a couple of days.
I have no complaints other than the product I ordered, along with postage, was more expensive than I had hoped, but I suppose that's down to it being a product that is not in demand much
