Not very helpful at all
Not very helpful at all. I have decided to remove all my photos accepted for marketplace and partner, as the return has been very low, the last one a cent. Which I feel personally is quite insulting. I removed the ones for marketplace myself (a few hundred) but the 140 left I can’t, so I emailed, as I read I should do on the site, and requested them to all be removed, that was months ago! They are still available for sale. I’ve messaged many times, but nothing. Not very good.

Be very careful they are not performing payouts for your earnings, they steal your photos and selling them. Support ignoring any requests you made.
3 Cents Per Sale,Avoid
Awful and a complete waste of time.
I uploaded a few images about a year ago and have sold a fair few images over the last 12 Months.
When images are sold you receive an email stating what you have earned in dollars.
All the images sold have been for 3 cents.
I’m based in the UK so that’s around 1 pence I think.
I deleted the app months ago, avoid it it’s humiliating.
It's totally a joke!!
It's totally a joke!!! Sold my photo through Getty Images for a great price. EyeEm only sharing the sales of $0.05USD
Do not touch this photo agency(EyeEm) It's completely waste of time... I have sold many of my collections to the other agencies and they were fine.
Getty Images should do something about this partner. It doesn't look good for them.
Just sold a photo FOR 0.01USD !!!!!

They will sell your photos and steal earnings
They will sell your photos and give only 0.01 $ per photo, funny thing they sell it on gettyimages, alamy for big money. You can only guess in which pockets it goes. Suggest everyone to not upload and remove photosfrom their marketplace.
It used to be my favorite platform back…
It used to be my favorite platform back in 2016 when I joined Eyeem, but now they are basically making fun of their users! Paying us 1 cent for a photo, having delays in their payments…I stopped uploading photos three months ago and if things don’t take a turn for the better, I’m afraid I’m going to have to delete my account. They are treating contributors like beggars!

Eyeem I have been with six years I believe and over that time sold a few but mainly for small amounts I hope it picks up and the photographer gets a fair prices for sold photos I believe eyeem could do a lot better
giving contributors 0.01$ per image is…
giving contributors 0.01$ per image is a pure robbery. New eyeem owners must be thrown in prison
I got 1 cent in a picture sold by them…
I got 1 cent in a picture sold by them to Getty. Really. They truly rip you off with the take on the commission end.
Give you next to nothing for photos
EyeEm used to be a good platform to sell photos. Something has changed with their pricing in the last few years and suddenly I’m getting $0.01 per photo sold. I’m in the UK so factoring in the exchange rate I’m not even making 1p per photo sold, someone’s making money from my photos and it’s not me. Getty Images is their market partner, go to their site and see how much they charge for a photo!
Avoid EYEEM until they review their pricing
My first sale with EYEEM was $45, this was about 5 years go. Since then payments have get less and less until 14 of my last 20 recent sales went for 1 cent only, the other 6 were 10 cents maximum. I wrote to complain to EYEEM as this is disgusting. They wrote back giving me a breakdown of what needs to be done to work you way up their level and increase your commission. What this means for new photographers who will be collecting 1 cent only for photos they will need to sell 30,000 images to move up to level 3. To move to level 2 they will need to sell 300,000 images!!
EYEEM are ripping photographers off. Over 5 years I have seen them get more and more greedy to the point they are now taking the pee out of those selling photos.
Avoid EYEEM they are rip off merchants. They need to be put out of business if they continue to exploit photographers
It used to be great
It used to be great, but they have become too greedy and paying extremely low amount now. I have stopped uploading there, because it is waste of time. Horrible management.
Really terrible
Really terrible, 30 cents for a photo while they make a lot of money, and when you contact customer service they don't respond!
Waste of a lot of time and energy. For 98 cents
Photography was always only a hobby, passing the time to take photographs that many would never get to see, EyeEm showed their hand with the potential for people to see my photographs and for the opportunity to purchase, if they liked. I have since sold 4 images and for all 4 I haven't even made a dollar. 98 cents in total. I have been wondering what new equipment I could buy when my first dollar is made. But as it has taken me 3+ years to make 98 cents, I am not holding my breath.
