Eyetek Surveillance was established in 1995 after the proprietor Phil Stevens an ex electronics technician, in the Royal Navy, decided he wanted to utilize the skills and knowledge gained during military service working in both intelligence and electronic engineering. As well as selling a wide range of devices we also manufacture and supply equipment to many detective and government agencies throughout the world, as well as dealing with the private individual on a one to one basis. Excellent Customer Service
I've had to call Eyetek on a couple of occasions where I've had device connection issues.
Their response and assistance has been 1st class! They talked me through the process and due to an issue with my phone came up with an alternative way of connecting.
It's also worth saying the 2nd time I contacted them, which was over 6 months since I'd purchased the products, but they were still very quick to respond and provide help!

Your order was placed in July 2024 — almost a year ago — and you made no attempt to contact us with any concerns during that time. Leaving a 1-star review now, without giving us the chance to address any issue, is neither fair nor constructive.
We do not sell "cheap junk." Our products are professional-grade and priced accordingly. Comparing them to low-cost imitations is misleading. If there is a genuine fault, we expect customers to contact us directly within a reasonable timeframe — not simply post negative reviews nearly a year later. I am beyond disappointed with my experience with **Eyetek.co.uk**. Their so-called "high-quality" surveillance equipment is nothing but **overpriced junk**, and I regret ever spending my money on it.
Let’s talk numbers. I recently purchased a **camera pen** from them for **£96**, expecting a premium product. The reality? **The same quality pen can be found online for just £7.** Yes, you read that right—**£7 on other sites like Temu, with no noticeable difference in performance**. That’s nearly **14 times cheaper** for the exact same functionality!
And this isn’t an isolated case. A quick **Google search** led me to another website selling **spy gadgets at a fraction of Eyetek’s prices**. The harsh truth? **Eyetek is charging absurdly high prices for products you can get elsewhere for a fraction of the cost.**
Their equipment is **not worth the price tag**, and I urge anyone considering buying from them to **do some research first**. You’ll find **identical products at a far more reasonable price** without the unnecessary markup.
Save your money. **Eyetek is not selling high-end gear; they’re selling illusions at premium prices.**

Thank you for your feedback. However, I would like to clarify that you did not purchase a pen camera from us. Your order, placed on 31/10/24, was for a pen WiFi audio device, which is a completely different product.
I was quite surprised to see your comparison to a £7 pen camera from Temu or other websites, as these are entirely different products with different functionalities and quality standards.
Additionally, I noticed that on 11th February, you contacted us regarding a return for your entire order—valued at over £600—stating that you hadn’t even opened it. Since the goods had been in your possession for over three months, we were unable to offer a full refund at that stage. I can’t help but wonder if this may have influenced your review.
Regarding your comments about pricing and comparisons to Temu or budget spy shops, it’s important to note that many of these sellers primarily offer mass-produced, lower-quality products with minimal customer support. In contrast, we have been in business for over 30 years, providing high-quality, often hand-built products and dedicated customer service.
I regret that you feel dissatisfied, but I do believe your review does not fairly reflect our products or service. We always strive to assist our customers to the best of our ability and welcome any further discussions to address your concerns.

I had a pleasant experience with Eyetek Surveillance Company, after becoming a first time purchaser of their Smoke Alarm style camera. I was given excellent customer service from the start, and the communication via email and phone was great. The product is suitable for any home or small office space. Poor quality
Bought a piece of equipment from them, it came in time, the overall quality of the product was very disappointing, screen had mirco scratches and a tiny pice was broken. Tried to get in contact with company for a refund, absolutely nothing back from company. I will call bank today

The surveillance camera in a clock is useless. Disconnects without a reason all the time. Poor quality of footage. The worst part is the manual provided is extremely impractical. It doesn't give any relevant info about setting, using or problem solving.

Order process was nice and simple
Order process was nice and simple. Cpear pricing and no hidden extras.
Delivery was nice and quick, an order update would have been nice but I guess owing to the nature of the products people may not want this.

Great service
Great service, camera arrived before scheduled date, Was for a relative with little tech know how. Couldn't get it to connect so a quick phone call for support sorted this in a couple of minutes.

After sales experience : excellent customer rapport, responsive and hardly any delay with emails. Over the phone conversation about answering product queries also very professional and polite.
Product itself: we purchase a key fob with hidden camera. Picture quality is very good perspective is very good. Clear voice and sound recording. Very easy to operate device.
We would use Eyetek products again and recommend.
I hope they expand their product range to include premium car security cameras which record through all night instead of motion activating devices
