Eyetek Surveillance was established in 1995 after the proprietor Phil Stevens an ex electronics technician, in the Royal Navy, decided he wanted to utilize the skills and knowledge gained during military service working in both intelligence and electronic engineering. As well as selling a wide range of devices we also manufacture and supply equipment to many detective and government agencies throughout the world, as well as dealing with the private individual on a one to one basis. If a customer has a particular requirement we can custom manufacture one off items to order. please feel free to contact us about this. What sets us apart from many other companies in the same line of business is that we pride ourselves on giving friendly free advice and working with the customer to try to find a cost effective solution to an often complex and distressing situation, we will always try to advise on the best course of action even if this results in us not making a sale as we have found to our benefit that recommendations from past clients are an extremely valuable asset.

Well what can I say? Eyetek really do put the customer first! I bought two items and had to send them back, even though there was nothing wrong with them. I drove the products back myself even though this wasn’t necessary and was greeted by Mandy the owners wife who was very understanding. I felt like they really do care about their customers. Ignore the bad reviews because from what I have experienced, they are a company that will sort it out for you regardless of the query, even if you have had second thoughts. Thank you to the Eyetek team. Their customer service is second to none! X

This unit has got to be the biggest…
This unit has got to be the biggest heap of rubish I have ever purchased should be sold as a £20 DIY unit. only works for 10 mins before the camera overheats and shuts down.

if you are having problems it would be better to call our support team rather than just put a 1 star review online, as we have not been given the opportunity to try and resolve the problem, It is unlikely to be overheating that has caused it to shut down, this is usually caused by either a low battery or an SD card problem as the unit will shut down if it can not access the SD card.
If you would like to give us a call we will work this out with you as these are fully tested before shipping and if you are still unhappy with the product there is no problem returning it for a full refund.

My purchase got lost by the courier, Once courier excepted the parcel lost Eyetek straight on the case. Item out of stock but delivered the day after fresh stock arrived.

Thoughout even the most trying experience with the couriers, Eyetek's customer service levels can only be described as extreme and relentless.

Eyetek Surveillance R OK!
I got a call back from the business as I left a message. He assured me that my order would go through (I forgot that my order was placed on Good Friday) and sure enough, my Paypal a/c kicked in and processed the payment after the Bank Holiday. I was kept informed when the DHL delivery would arrive and while the 1st delivery couldn't go ahead as planned, it arrived the next day. The item was as described and in good condition. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

The credit system is not automatic and the credits need to be added manually, we are looking for a way around this.
Meanwhile if it is urgent e mail us as the e mails are checked out of hours and we will do our best to put them on.
It does everything it says on the…great piece of kit. Highly recommend it.

Great Company to deal with
I have a listening device I bought years ago. The operating instructions are no longer available online but they emailed me the instructions and supplied me with a charger (I had mislaid the original one) and now the device works perfectly. Good quality product and first class service. Would recommend this company and their product to anybody. Thank you!
