We are very pleased with the Eze hybrid ultra mattress. It took a little while to adjust, as we had a foam mattress for many years. Now it is very comfortable and my sore hip has definitely improved with this new mattress. Thank you.

This is our second order from Eze
This is our second order from Eze. The mattress itself is really great and good value for money. The delivery service this time was not so great. We paid for the VIP service and while the team removed our old mattresses promised they barely stuck around to drop the mattress in the new room before they were off and would not help with unpacking and removing the old Packaging Communication was tricky as their English was not great. This is the complete opposite of the experience we had the last time.

From the get go I can’t praise the staff at Eze Mattress enough as there was a mix up with the delivery. It was promptly rearranged. The mattress is fantastic and such an affordable price as well. Which Magazine were right it’s top quality. So pleased I purchased this mattress.

Mattress is great
Mattress is great, delivery was in the time frame. Probably a good idea to get the delivery company to improve their communication platforms, one minute the offices are closed next minute an agent is texting & asking for ‘What3words’ plus postcode all confusing! as the driver could not translate my what3words coordinates.
