Great mattress at a good price. Easy to order and delivered the next day. I have not slept so well in a long time! I like the support this mattress offers, regardless of your sleeping position. I will definitely recommend it.

Very easy to order and excellent delivery service. The product was very easy to unpack and looked to be of excellent quality Not being able to try before you buy is a bit of a lottery. This mattress is softer than our previous one and is taking a bit of getting used to. Bought it because it was a best buy from Which.

Lovely mattress and very good service
Lovely mattress and very good service. The delivery was very well organised and it was well worth the £50 for mattress removal and the new mattress being placed where we needed it.

An excellent mattress
The mattress arrived very quickly and in a package that made it relatively easy to take upstairs to the bedroom. After two weeks of sleeping on the mattress I am very pleased with it, and It is very comfortable and has certainly has improved my sleeping.

A good experience. EZE-ily done!
Ordering the mattress by phone was reassuring and easily done. I was kept informed throughout the process from ordering to delivery. The unpacking in situ and removal of old mattress was efficient and was all over in 15 minutes.
The mattress is of good quality and exactly as expected. Would recommend.

Great night sleep
Second mattress for the family as the first one was so comfortable. Just mind it’s a lot deeper than standard foam types but it’s worth the added height. Easy to unpack and no issues with smell etc.

They took the old mattress away without question, I was waiting for them to return and remove the packaging from the mattress when I released they were closing the van and getting ready to leave,
I had run out them and remind them that I had paid for them to remove and take away packaging.
They did this.

We are very pleased with this mattress. It is the perfect firmness for us, feeling supportive with a very comfortable softer top layer. We also like that it only needs to be rotated and not turned over like our old one. Good communication throughout and delivered in the stated time frame.

I paid £50 to have mattress unpacked…
I paid £50 to have mattress unpacked and other mattress removed as I am in my mid-70s, on my own and on crutches, so unable to do this by myself. I expected this to mean that the mattress would be placed on my bed and all the packing removed. The new mattress was left on the floor in the box. I had to ask them to unbox it. They did but still left it on the floor. I asked if they would lift it onto the bed. They did. And then they left. I had to wrestle the mattress out of the sealed wrapping and position it myself. These were not hard tasks for two able-bodied men; they were difficult for me and I'd thought the £50 covered this.
On the positive side eze Mattress has responded and endeavoured to sort things out.

I have Parkinson's Disease and hoped…
I have Parkinson's Disease and hoped the new mattress would be cooler end easier to turn over in bed although it is far better than my previous mattress I still feel the lumps in the mattress profile. Sitting on the edge of the bed to get dressed is difficult as the mattress throws me to one side.
