I can’t recommend it enough!
I have had the Eze Mattress now for over 4 months and I can’t recommend it enough. I chose the Hybrid Max Mattress because it’s slightly firmer and provides targeted relief for shoulders, back, and hips. I literally can’t wait to go to bed every night, I absolutely love it!

The mattress seems very good so far
The mattress seems very good so far, and the process of unpacking it, rolling it out on the bed and then expanding from something looking thin and flimsy to something thick and substantial, was a revelation.
The delivery process left something to be desired however. The team arrived within the advertised window and delivered the new mattress efficiently, but they were unable to recover the old mattress because there was no space on their van. It had to be put in our garage until another team could collect it the next day, which was inconvenient and required someone to be on hand for a second day.

A brilliant experience, from the delivery to the arrival. Simple instructions. I loved the fact that the mattress arrived in such a useful box on wheels. With the tool to open the wrapping easily. The mattress itself is super. Once it had been left the required amount of time we enjoyed a great nights sleep. And have since. It’s the perfect combination of comfort and convenience.

Be aware
Asking for a review before you've had a chance to get a night's sleep in on the mattress is a bit premature, but the mattress seems fine if harder than expected - it's so substantial I doubt we will ever be able to get it back out of that room unless the vacuum machine that packed it in the first place is loaned to us!
I did have an issue with the delivery, having paid extra to have it delivered to the bedroom and all packaging taken away along with the old mattress, the delivery company said unpacking wasn't part of the order, leaving me the difficult job of unrolling and unwrapping on my own and with reams of plastic to dispose of. Be aware

The first review we send is just the service review, the product review follows in another 2 weeks time.
Your new mattress will start to soften in around 4-6 weeks this will give enough time for the settlement of the mattress and the mattress to adjust to your body shape. It can take up to 6 weeks for your mattress to fully adjust.
Mattress disposal and room of choice was included with your order, so we will contact our courier straight away and get more information as to what happened with your delivery. We will reach out to you over email once we have had a response and issue a partial refund for this service if necessary, but we were not informed of this at the time of delivery.
We are sorry to hear you had to do this yourself and apologise of behalf of our courier for their lack of service. We are disappointed to read your review and we will do our best to rectify this for you.

Courier service are cowboys
Their courier service not just unhelpful but their driver put my neighbours in danger with his driving.
When l called to report this, l was told politely that they thanked me for my complaint and that it would be filed.

The mattress was supposed to arrive in…
The mattress was supposed to arrive in seven days, but it did so in three, which was fantastic. The packaging had wheels that let us transport it to the desired spot. Although it takes two people to lift. Overnight, it inflated completely. I've had some excellent sleep scores since using the Eze mattress, it's medium temperature (not cool) under the body. Having had a Happy Mattress which i thought was ok, I would absolutely buy another Eze if I had to.

Recommend this fantastic mattress
Recommend this fantastic mattress , it is so comfortable, not too soft , not too firm , just cosy and comfy, we love it, it’s so easy to move around on, and I do not notice my partner moving either. I used to ache when getting out of bed in our last memory foam mattress, but know with springs and memory foam , no more aches , it’s just great !
Definitely can see why it is a Which Best Buy!
Only moan you really need to change your Delivery Company.
Box was battered, came in without taking shoes off, and then tried to leave the mattress downstairs, when I had paid for them to unwrap and place it on the bed.
Other than than that perfect nights sleep now , thank you

Mattress is fantastic very comfortable
Mattress is fantastic, very comfortable and we are thoroughly enjoying sleeping on it. However the delivery team failed to properly unpack and remove the old mattress so this was disappointing. However on contacting Eze mattresses to report this they were very helpful and refunded the unpacking service I had paid for.

Great company, great product
The whole process from ordering to delivery was easy, smooth and speedy!
Communication was good.
Really helpful to have wheels on the box it came in.
The mattress is unbelievably heavy and took 3 of us to get it upstairs, unwrapped and then on the bed!
It's only been 10 days and I'm still getting used to the mattress, although I will say, it is very comfy.
Definitely more firm than soft, but springs give it some bounce!
