I love EZ Puff they've always been professional and have great prices no matter where I go I'll always order my vapes from them.

Here is my reasoning behind 1 star and if it was allowed I wouldn’t give any stars at all if I could!! I always only order 1-3 vapes when I start with a new company because I want to make sure I receive good vapes and even if I don’t I want to see what their policy is when it comes to vapes that don’t work properly and how they handle that. Now I ordered 3 vapes from them and all 3 were bad. They didnt smell right when I opened the vape pack and then when I went to use them they dated burnt like the battery was too strong or it was just a bad batch, but they didn’t even reply to the email I sent than the morning after I received them. I wouldn’t have given them a bad review if they would have responded to my email or if I would have received one good one. In my opinion they are not a reputable company and you should NOT order from them.

you guys don’t know how to reply to emails and try give me store credit after i told you what’s happening

I am extremely disappointed with this company. Despite multiple attempts to contact them since November 24th, I have received no response whatsoever. The lack of communication is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from here ever again. Very poor customer service!

I recently left a rant on here about not recognizing order status update I want to say that i did not realize they were closed for the holidays when i placed the order.
Customer service reached out to me personally and explained the situation and expedited my order i always loved using @EZpuff.com for my vape products they have the best prices hands down and the fastest shipping I would recommend these guys to anyone thanks @EZpuff.com

Great service, easy to use web site

Paul and I had a rocky start with ordering but let me tell you now that I have gotten to know him and all he does the rocky start turned into a great service being provided this week.
I am a Florida resident and like to keep things local when I can and I have been getting my vapes out of Texas and decided to give Paul another shot and he did not fail.
Communication is key and he and I have been able to do that and I will definitely now move all my business back to Paul and his business.
Just goes to show giving people that second or third chance sometimes makes a better relationship and understanding.
