They need a better process for age verification. I’m 38 and after being charged I was told my order was refunded because of an underage purchase. It’s been about a week and the money is still not showing back in my card. Because of the holiday I will give it a couple more days before I start reporting them.

Ordered an item that didn’t ship after a few days. I contacted them and they responded right away. Explained the situation and added a couple of extras for my wait. The customer service at EZpuff is phenomenal!! That and great prices, doesn’t get any better.
I will definitely keep ordering from them.
