I first found Ezwell on Facebook whereby the advert was what red flags to look for when researching surgery abroad. The fact that they were willing to assess other surgeons certificates for you to ensure they were genuine, without any obligation to book with them, gained my trust.
I reached out for advice and was given a wealth of information from Ezel. I also began following Dr Polat on Instagram and got to regularly see his patients and their results. I did lots of research and couldn't find a single negative review. I took the plunge in September 2025 and booked a breast uplift with fat transfer for January 2026.
I loved the fact that it was a all inclusive package and it made the whole process more transparent. The only additional costs were my flights and lunch/dinner once in the hotel. I was also able to bring a companion at no extra cost. Ezel was very helpful with helping me find suitable flights and answering all of my silly questions. I arrived in Izmir in the evening, the driver was ready and waiting for me, the car that collected us was lovely and clean and we were taken straight to the clinic to meet Dr Polat. I did have a bit of a wobble before arriving and almost talked myself out of having the surgery, but after my consultation with Dr Polat all my nerves were put at ease and I felt confident to go ahead. We were then taken to the hospital and assisted in finding something to eat nearby before having all my previous operative tests, then settling down for the night. I was particularly pleased that my companion was also given a proper bed in my room and not just a couch or chair to sit/sleep on. We also had a ample private wet room within our room.
The next morning my companion was given breakfast while I was prepped for theatre. She was also given lunch while I was having my surgery.
Following surgery, the nurse Fatma could not do enough for me, she is very attentive and genuinely cares about every patient. Once I was able to eat again I was regularly checked on by the nursing staff within the hospital and given anti sickness medication promptly. Whenever I pressed my bell there was less than a minutes wait for someone to attend to me. Something I've never experienced in the UK.
The following day I was discharged to the nearby hotel, Ezwell kept in constant contact with me via WhatsApp and ensured I was pain free, comfortable and happy.
The aftercare I received was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced and exceeded my expectations. Having had cosmetic surgery in the UK in September 2025, the care you receive in Turkey is a million times better. You're not treated like a conveyor belt. Had I decided to have my surgery in the UK, it would have been a day case and I would have been sent home the same day, something I believe I would have genuinely struggled with. Having the care in the hospital the night following my surgery was exceptional. Knowing someone was on hand just put me completely at ease, and I was in the right place should there have been any issues.
I stayed for 6 nights in Izmir, got to see some local attractions while there. I was completely pain free throughout the process and surprisingly mobile very quickly afterwards. I returned to work as a care worker at 10 days post op, and have had no complications. I had my surgery on 13th Jan, and I'm currently 6 weeks post op. My scars around the nipple are non existent, and I can't believe how quickly I seem to have healed. I'm still adjusting to my new breasts and can't believe they belong to me. I have booked further surgery with Ezwell for May this year and can't wait to go back. I've recommended this company to everyone, its genuinely a 5 star service, the hospital is very clean and everyone is just so nice. I'm still in regular contact with Ezwell, sending photos weekly, and any questions still promptly answered. The communication is EXCELLENT with Ezwell, on the day of flying Ezel texts and informs every single step of the way, to being picked up on arrival in Izmir and delivered safely to clinic where you will meet the beautiful lady herself and Dr Polat the surgeon and personal assigned nurse Fatma and the health coordinator Kaya who is just amazing.
My hubby accompanied me on my journey and he was afforded the same authentic welcome and hospitality as I received, he was even provided with a bed, breakfast and lunch in the hospital, now you DO NOT get that in the UK. No request too big or too small.
Ezel is the founder of Ezwell Health Tourism, a petite lady with a massive abundance of passion for people and joie de vivre, she explains everything concisely and meticulously fluently in English and this again for me was one of my key must haves, as language barriers can lead to poor outcomes in this field, but be assured that Ezel and Dr Polat and the health coordinator are all fluent in English.
On arrival at the clinic, following introductions your private consultation is conducted with Dr Polat your surgeon, this is a time to discuss your expectations etc ask questions and relay any fears etc and it’s assuring to know following your consultation there is a ‘cooling off’ period offered should you even at this stage change your mind, this is made crystal clear, and totally acceptable. No hard pushy sell ever NEVER at any point.
You can relax knowing you have Private car service to and from hotels and hospital. Personal transport to and from hotels for checkups, however we chose to walk the 12 minutes for my follow up. This company is literally amazing and I am off course qualified to say this, due to the fact I’ve been and had surgery and am now safely home in London recovering. Also peace of mind knowing you have 24 hour on call for all your needs and questions, everything Ezwell promised they 100% delivered. Always checking in on me.
The Hotel is what one expects and hopes for friendly, welcoming with large, clean, private rooms, within a 12 minute walk from Ezwell clinic, central to shops and transport. Guests needs are prioritised at all times and fluent English speaking staff. Food in the hotel is mainly traditional Turkish with a varied selection at breakfast of fruits, breads and cereals, you most definitely will not go hungry. Izmir highly values its tourism industry and this is evident as you move around. Locals are very friendly, there is a reassuring healthy police presence however our stay was a relaxing, positive one without incident.
so now it is one week after my op and I’m now at home in London recovering, pain free and most importantly in constant open 24/7 communication with my medical team.

After a recommendation from a friend that had surgery I decided to have an online consultation. It’s something that I had put off for several years but after speaking to Dr Polat I decided now was the time.
I felt totally comfortable going to Izmir and having the surgery. They take care of everything from airport transfers to hotel stays. From the first meeting with all the staff to the ongoing help and support once back in the UK it has been first class.
The Stitches/Suchers are amazing you can hardly see them. The work is very good and they take so much care over you.

What can I say? This is the 3rd time I have used Ezwell Health tourism. This is because after the 1st experience I felt I didn't need to look anywhere else. Myself and my husband were looked after from the off, from being picked up at the airport, taken to the clinic to discuss final plans/concerns, then hospital for tests. They even provided us something to eat before we had to be nil by mouth.

I had the pleasure of dealing with kaya who helped me from the very start until I arrived for my surgery which I am now home from and in recovery, although there was a language barrier at times i could message Kaya and he would help straight away,at times I used my translator app when he wasn’t there,beautiful transport driver was quiet,the staff in the hospital go above and beyond and always make sure you have everything you need and more I cannot fault them on anything very clean environment lovely lovely staff,I will be hopefully back next year for other treatment and looking forward to it thanks again to everyone involved oh and I cannot forget my surgeon dr huseyin eken seen him everyday following surgery making sure I was okie lovely gentleman I 100% would recommend going with ezwell thank you so much to everyone x

Everything went perfectly and I felt calm and stress-free throughout the whole process. Everything was clearly explained to me, and I always felt well-informed and taken care of.

I'm very happy with the results so far, although I know it will take a few more months to see the final outcome. The team is always available and you can count on getting a response whenever you have a question, they are supportive and professional at every stage. The nurse is so lovely! The clinic and hospital are beautiful and very modern. The only small issue was that the hospital staff did not speak English. But I think is not connected exactly to Ezwell Agency ;)

I did a full mummy make over with Ezell health tourism and the result is unbelievable and unrecognisable -I am so happy with the results better than I ever could have dreamed off .

I had an excellent experience with the Ezwel medical travel team during my time in Turkey and felt genuinely cared for from the moment I arrived. The luxury airport transfer set the tone straight away, helping me feel welcomed and at ease after my flight.

Fatma, my nurse, was incredibly caring and attentive throughout. Whether I was in the clinic or the hospital, she made sure I was comfortable and understood each step. If Dr. Polat was unavailable, she responded to my questions immediately, even out of hours. Her calm, reassuring presence made a huge difference to my recovery and overall experience.

Emre, my coordinator and main point of contact, was exceptional. His English is excellent, and he checked in with me every single day. He drove me to and from the clinic, supported me in the hospital, and made sure I always had what I needed. Our daily WhatsApp chats were genuinely enjoyable, and he shared great recommendations for things to do once I was back at the hotel. He was reliable, thoughtful and consistently supportive.

Ezel is a warm and loving host who ensured the whole process flowed smoothly. She has a very genuine way of making you feel looked after, and you can tell she cares deeply that your journey is as stress-free as possible.

The hotel was in a great location with everything close by, and the staff were friendly and helpful. At the hospital, the nursing team were also very kind, and even those who didn’t speak English made an effort to communicate with me using translation apps, which I really appreciated.

The aftercare has continued to be excellent. The team are still checking in with me regularly through a personal WhatsApp group now that I’m home, which has been incredibly reassuring.

From start to finish my experience with Ezwell has been fantastic. The decision to travel abroad for surgery is not easy but trust me when I say the Ezwell team will look after you and you are in safe hands. Communication is key and they do this so well, I knew what to expect every step of the way on my journey and my hospital stay followed my by hotel stay was great, Izmir is beautiful and I was lucky to have time after my surgery to enjoy the many of the coffee shops and restaurants available. Ive been eager to share my experience having just come home from having a face and neck lift.
From the minute I enquired about the surgery, to the post care after coming back to the uk, my experience has been incredible.
The team there are so kind, supportive, caring and approachable. Any questions I had they would get back to me quickly, any anxiety they would reassure me.
I came for 1 week on my own which is pretty daunting but they checked in on me every day .
I’m 10 days post surgery and I’m already so happy with the results. The before and after photos look amazing.
It’s not a painful surgery , there’s tightness but you’re not in pain.
The hospital room was clean and big. The food I thought was really nice.
The hotel was clean and modern and food there was very reasonable. A plate of pasta and a coke was around £8. Bargain!
Dr Polat is so nice, gentle, friendly and understanding. He goes above and beyond caring for his patients and is a perfectionist so his work is 5*. You will be in safe hands .

I had my body countering surgery with Ezwell and conbined it with dental treatment. From first touch until now they have been amazing. They took care of me and explained everything in such details before I arrive. I stayed in Izmir for 7 days during my stay there I was never ever alone. Team was always there to help me. After my operation they check me at the clinic everyday. It wasn't like surgery done and go! like many other places. I can not believe how much care they put on their work. I know it is scary to go abroad and do surgery but with Ezwell there should be no hesitation.

I came from Sweden and had dental work combined with LASIK eye surgery. My teeth look exactly how I explained I wanted them, and I stopped wearing glasses the day after my surgery, such a relief!
