I arrived on the 7th October for the consultation. Surgery was performed on the 8th October. I initially wanted a lower facelift and neck lift. During the consultation Dr. Polat suggested a deep plane facelift might look better plus an eye lift along with the neck lift . I'm really pleased with the results. It looks better than I expected. Highly recommend this Doctor.

I recently traveled to Izmir to accompany my wife while she had a treatment with Dr Polat & the team at Ezwell Health Tourism.While there I had trouble with a problem tooth.I explained the situation to the team and they immediately booked an appointment for me,took me there & explained everything the dentist advised.I had to have an extraction but the team made it easy as possible.I couldn’t recommend them highly enough

From start to finish, my experience with Ezwell Health Tourism Agency and their coordination team was outstanding. I went through several procedures: tummy tuck, 360 liposuction, arm liposuction with VASER, and a breast lift. Eswell was part of my whole journey for my tummy tuck and liposuction.
Eswell has also become part of my family, her attention to detail, and also her commitment towards making sure you have the best experience from start to finish is impeccable.
I was picked up from the airport and taken to and from my follow ups while I was in turkey.
But she also went above and beyond in organising transport for my family when they came to join me after my surgery, I don’t know anyone else that would do something like this.
I went on my own and she was fully aware how scared I was, HOWEVER she looked after me like I was part of her family. This beautiful lady is compassionate, caring, empathetic someone I’m glad I’ve met. She’s always in contact with you throughout your time there, checking in on you as a person not just because of the surgery.

From start to finish the process have been flawless. Ezwell arrange all appointments and transfers if needed meaning you don’t have to worry whilst you arrive in Izmir. You have a coordinator with you at all appointments who will translate and help where needed. This proved invaluable. Kaya was fantastic and always very responsive if I had any further questions.

The team at Ezwell is like a perfectly timed well oiled machine. Everyone on the team from Kaya who was my anchor from the beginning to the end to Ezel whom we met once we arrived in Izmir as well as the nursing staff were impeccable. They are proactive and extremely engaged and handle every part of the transition from the US communication to arrival at the airport and hotel stay, they made everything a smooth process. Being in a foreign country it can be daunting not knowing the language and your bearings. This team took all the pressure away. They arrived when they said they would. They communicated through the entire process. Proactively ! They contacted me to see if I was ok and if I needed anything. Whatever my issue they were there immediately with zero hesitation. The service I have received from Ezwell has been outstanding, from the process of booking to the aftercare. I travelled alone to Turkey for surgery and felt safe and well looked after by Ezwell, from collecting me from the airport, taking me to clinic appointments and checking in with me everyday following surgery. I recommend going with Ezwell Health Tourism Agency if you want to have any plastic surgery done. They are there 24/7 if you need a question answered or have any worries on the what’s app group. They are there from start of the process and beyond. They are kind and friendly and make you at ease if you are nervous. All the team are great from transfers to and from airport - to and from hospital, clinic and hotel.
