I came over to Izmir for my breast lift with dr Ömer polat on 8th October 2024, I was nervous especially about flying to a different country for surgery but from the minute I contacted the team they had been outstanding, I arrived at the hospital the night before surgery after getting picked up with the private transfers we were met at the hospital by Kaya who made me feel at ease from the off bloods were taken on arrival and blood pressure kept an eye on right through until surgery, the first night was spent filling out all the paper work. I met with dr polat the next morning just before surgery who again made me feel so at ease his team is also amazing and couldn’t have asked for better. Numerous times the team checked to make sure everything was ok along with dr polat, obs were done frequently after surgery also. I cannot fault this surgeon and his team what so ever I can’t put into words just how amazing they all were, even after leaving the hospital and coming to the hotel the team was still keeping in contact to see how I was.

Ezwell from day one have been very supportive and clear and concise.
Everything they said would happen did happen.
From being happily greeted at the airport, to the smooth trouble free ride to the hospital and onto the accommodation to recover after being given the okay to leave hospital, We were really very well looked after. the communication was wonderful both in person and through the private WhatsApp group.
I could not of been more happy with my choice to use Ezwell and I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone using them.

I enquired about upper & lower blepharoplasty & decided to go ahead as it was reasonably priced & the communication was excellent. I travelled alone & didn't feel scared or anxious as I was met at the airport by the private transfer & taken to the hospital. The first night I arrived was filling in paperwork & signing the agreement. I was well looked after & the following morning, I had lots of tests i.e. bloods, ecg, blood pressure before speaking to Dr.Omar Polat about the procedure & asked if I had any concerns or questions. After the surgery my blood pressure was monitored every hour and Dr Polat came to see me again. I was given very good care & there was always someone on the other end of WhatsApp asking if i was ok & if I had any concerns I could get in touch with. I would highly recommend Dr.Omar Polat & Ezwell health to anyone who was thinking of having any plastic surgery procedure done in the future.

Ezwell have been nothing but tremendous from the offset. They are extremely prompt to reply to you & go into great detail about every part of your adventure with them. They are very friendly, reassuring & clearly have a very large knowledge in their field of Plastics. Putting your trust, your body, your mental health into someone is very, very difficult but the way Ezwell looked after me was faultless. Everything was correct from the beginning.

From the beginning to the end in Turkey all the staff gave 100% to you. I thought after my surgery that would be the end of communication but they still check up on you to make sure that everything is going okay and you are happy, they really do care about your health and results.

Linnea was so helpful, she really helped set my nerves aside with coming from the U.K. their was no language barrier at all , anything I asked was very quickly replied to and I was checked to see that I was happy with everything, the whole team was fantastic

Excellent experience from the very beginning to when I went home and either when I'm home. Still, great service 😊 Ezel and her team was very helpful including my consultant, doctor and all others involved. Transport was provided throughout time in turkey and 24 hour support was available via WhatsApp. I also had access to the clinic which was very local to the hotel if I had any concerns i could pop in to the clinic. Really happy with body would highly recommend them..

I recently had surgery in Turkey, and Ezwel and her team made the experience a real comfort, as I was very nervous, but Ezwell explained everything she is a very caring and compassionate person and put my mind to rest, and everything was explained in detail, pre and post-op. Traveling for surgery in a country with a language barrier can be difficult at times, but Ezwell and her team spoke perfect English and they made it seamless. They created WhatsApp groups for communication, which was fantastic, any questions I had were answered very quickly, and they put any details including transportation hospital visits, on the WhatsApp so I was always up to date, which was a great comfort.

I recently had surgery in Turkey, and Ezel and her team made the experience fantastic. Traveling for surgery in a country with a language barrier can be challenging, but they made it seamless. They created WhatsApp groups for communication, kept everything fluid, and ensured transportation was timely. She also provided details of key restaurants in Izmir which was lovely.

Ezel was incredibly warm and welcoming, and her reassuring voice was a comfort during tense moments. Despite complications with my arrival due to other vacation plans, Ezel was patient and accommodating, which I greatly appreciated.

I would only have hoped the immediate post-op experience was as seamless as the pre-op.

Overall, I had a positive experience with Ezel and her team.

Amazing professional service!

When I was looking into having surgery in Turkey I was very nervous until I was fortunate to meet Ezwell & her team at Ezwell Health Tourism Agency, prior to going to Izmir to have my surgery I had lots of question's witch they answered very promptly & put my mind at ease, they were always available anytime I contacted them & absolutely nothing was a problem for them to answer,
I was met at the airport with a private driver & taken straight to the hospital where I was met by Doa who looked after me & made sure I was settled into my room before I met the nursing staff.
After my operation I met Eswell who came to make sure everything was okay, she is one of the kindest most caring person I have ever met ❤️ she is always available to answer any concerns I had
I was also looked after by Kaya who made sure I had everything I needed,
I had 2 checkups before returning home & have had regular checkups since my return home , the care you receive from Ezwell & her team is absolutely amazing, I have recommended them to my family & friends

I am also going back again in October to have more surgery which Ezwell has organised for me xx

I had a great experience with this company. I had surgery through this company 1 week ago and it was amazing. Everything went smoothly from start to end. Everything was extremely organised, in terms of transfers, communications and care. Ezel was wonderful and very reassuring. Kaya looked after me and organised my whole trip, he was wonderful and did a fabulous job. Nothing has been to much trouble from day one of contact with Linnea. I've had numerous questions back and forth and was replied to very promptly, even taking the time difference into account from the UK. They are always at hand to answer.
Linnea has been an absolute superstar organising absolutely everything from airport transfers ( private transfers by the way ) felt like a celebrity 😆 to consultation to surgery and to hotel. Everything was just perfect.
The clinic is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, very modern and everyone is so welcoming, but I would like to give a special mention to Fatma( the nurse) -;Fatma is so caring , friendly and just a beautiful lady who will go above and beyond to make sure you are ok. Also Doga, he met us upon arrival of the hospital, explained everything, showed us around. Helped us with many things and generally such a lovely man and speaks wonderful English. All staff speaks brilliant English in fact which helps for people travelling from the UK. You won’t be sorry if you use Ezwell Health, I highly recommend them. Very professional service . Great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful including my consultant, doctor and all others involved. I cannot thank Ezel and her coordinator enough for all their help and kind instructions. From arranging the surgery, organising quotes, hospital and hotel stays not to mention after care visits. From th airport to the hospital to then flying home, the whole process was seamless. They are so responsive and great communicators despite the time difference here in the UK. Thank you to Ezel, such a kind caring person, who organised The transport to and from the clinic, hotel, airport and hospital. It was well arranged and the location of the hotel and clinic is in a beautiful area of Izmir. Ezel and Dr Omer both went above and beyond for our wellbeing when we took ill with a tummy bug and Ezel collected us after midnight from the hotel and took us to the clinic where Dr Omer gave us some medication. Ezel also took us to the late night on duty chemist for a prescription. I am grateful I have met Ezel. - Thank you 🙏
