Meeting with Ezel was such a pleasure. She was very helping answering our questions and booking our stay. We got picked up at the airport and the clinic was very close to the hotel. The hospital they use was very beautiful, clean and felt more like a 5 star hotel than a hospital.

This company is amazing. So smooth and easy to deal with from the start. Have had no issues or concerns and everything went well from transfers, hospital and hotel, they arrange everything. The clinic is clean and professional and the surgeons they use are fantastic! I had the pleasure of Dr Ömer Polat for my surgery and he is wonderful. The other staff at the clinic are fantastic too, they have a good level of English which helps for people travelling from the UK. Special mention to Fatma (nurse), she is so caring and kind and Doga (coordinator) who is really helpful and communicates regularly throughout the experience. You won’t be sorry if you use Ezwell Health, they will meet all of your needs.

Great experience had my arm lift and breast lift done through Ezwell . The transfers were comfortable and helpfull , he phone me and helped me find him at the airport. Our coordinator looked after us every step of the way picking up prescription and booking us into hotel. The hotel was gorgeous comfortable and clean. There are no words that can explain this woman. It is shown from the moment you step down from the plane that this is going to be a pleasant experience. There is a chauffeur waiting to take you to the hotel as soon as you pass by the baggage claim. The hotel ride is very smooth not too long and you can see the beautiful Izmir. The hotel is luxury and I found Ezel waiting for me to welcome me and take me to meet the team before my operation. Very helpful, no language barrier as everyone knows how to speak English.

I underwent Liposuction and a Breast Augmentation. I received an amazing service from all Dr Polat's multidisciplinary team. This included the Clinical, Adminstration and Co-Ordinators. The whole experience from the initial contact, consultantation, periopetative care was amazing. All the team spoke excellent English and if I had a query or a concern, the coordinators replied very quickly. I would throughly recommend this team, they are excellent. All the logistics were taken care of seamlessly. I'm a satisfied patient.

Ezel Linnea is such a wonderful, kind, caring and knowledgeable health coordinator. I am so grateful that she helped coordinate my process to have my revision rhinoplasty. She knew how nervous I was to get this surgery and the first time I saw her she gave me the biggest hug to make me feel safe and alright. She coordinated my surgery with the best plastic surgeon ever, Dr. Ömer Polat, who was able to fix the deformities I had. She arranged my transportation and hotel which were luxurious. I have just had my Breast uplift and implants with Dr Omer Polat and it was a very big thing for me to be able to trust my surgeon. He is a very friendly, warming and kind doctor who knows how to make you feel comfortable and work his magic with your surgery.

All the team were there at a drop of a text if I needed absolutely anything.

The hotel we stayed in has been clean, modern and very close to walking to whatever we need. The food has been fantastic, not one bad meal!! Lots of English dishes on the menu too.
